1 /5 Adam Goodchild: I wish I could give this place 0 stars. You go in for a walk-in and they make you register yourself. The front desk does nothing to check you in whatsoever. The website then gives you a time that your appointment will be. Since mine was an hour wait, they said I could come back. I came back 5min before the appointment time and still had to wait another 25min. I have also made the appointment before coming in on a separate occasion and ended up having to wait in line behind the people who did not have appointments.

1 /5 Kassandra A: The wait to see the doctor was long despite the facility being empty and google saying it was less busy than usual. Got into the exam room pretty quickly, but once in the exam room, the wait was about an hour... with the facility empty. Also, my daughters prescription was unable to be filled at the CVS that was on file or any, so it was sent back to the Care Now. I was never notified by Care Now that I would have to change the pick-up location. When calling to get it corrected, the front desk lady was rude. I then tried to get my prescription at the location we changed it to, just to be told by the pharmacy that the Care Now never sent it through. When calling back the lady told me it would take time. It had already been a 30 minute wait. Then she told me that the pharmacy I chose wasnt on the street I gave her... so apparently, they never sent it in because of that, but they also never called to try to fix it or notify me in any way. So long story short youll have to wait forever to be seen or get any medication.

1 /5 Ray Ellason: Ask about charges before waiting an hour to be seen. They billed my insurance 781.00 for an office visit, swab for flu and covid, and a shot.

1 /5 Sayed Balkhi: Worst clinic to visit. They don’t know anything. I went for stomach discomfort and also I wanted to do the annual checkup. They charged me and had me waited for 2 hours. And then they come didn’t do anything and the doctor told me we don’t do annual checkup and for stomach discomfort go to another doctor we don’t have lab. If you are not doing that then why do you take patients.

1 /5 Lisa Medford: Horrible.. was there almost 2 hours even with online registration.. Doctor act like he’s afraid to treat patients. He’s asking me what treatment do I want. I want to be treated based on my symptoms. He was referring over the counter meds. I did not pay a $75 co pay and wait 2 hours for him to recommend over the counter meds. I would have gone directly to the pharmacy on my own for that. Smh. Deserve 0 stars.
