Shiloh Urgent Care - Garland (TX)

2 /5 Cricia Acevedo: I’m giving them only 2 stars because we were the first ones there. There were no more patients when we got there and yet still had to wait 1 hr and a half to be seen by the nurse practitioner. The same guy checking in was the same on taking vitals. He had to step out to answer the phone and come back. I thought this would be a quick in and out but we waited for sooo long. The nurse practitioner was super nice and caring. I just hate the waiting and all the questioning and forms despite not being new patients.

5 /5 sheyi: Clean environment with warm reception. Their staff were very professional addressed my problems, treated and explained to me in details what steps to follow. Theyre very knowledgeable of what they do. I will surely recommend this clinic to my friends and family members. The time spent was well worth it. Thank you! Shiloh Urgent Care.

4 /5 Mary Ann Hinkle-Ineich: Good communication. The doctor spoke with an accent but spoke slowly and made sure I understood before he went on. My only "concern" was -- someone like my mom - not tech savvy- wouldnt be able to sign in (QR code) - and then I dont know what the process would be. Other than that - I got in quickly and the doctor gave me the needed time and was friendly and explained things.

4 /5 Elaine Gray: Beside for the registration, but that registration was actually too long however, I understood it other than that. Everything else was beautiful, especially the service. The young guy at the service desk was nice and professional. The doctor was nice and professional as well. All in all I like the experience.
