Danielle W. I have absolutely LOVED the experience from start to finish here. I just recently delivered my final addition a few days ago and the labor and delivery staff are beyond amazing. I was treated with the highest respect, provided quick answers when had questions and they even went above and beyond to accommodate me and my family during our stay at the hospital. I was NEVER left without answers the nurses such as Felita, Judy, Jen, Brooke. Wait there’s more, Anne, Mary,& Olivia the weekend nurse. The beautiful Carol in charge of all the nurses were amazing I absolutely adored the Nicu nurse Tammi. I mean everyone was just nice and helpful. The food was very, very good I enjoyed my celebration meal and so did my hubby. Patti the pediatrician on call who cared so well for my little one was very funny and kept me smiling. This experience was different but I knew I was in great hands because everyone kept reassuring me everything was going to be just fine. I wrote them a note letting them know I hope to see them again in a different path such as a future Dr. I will never forget the staff here nor the experience please keep being a pillar to all future mom’s and moms of multiples we need staff like this! Chem I was dreading going to the ER bc of the typical wait times. But I went back to a room almost right away and someone was with me within 15min. Also, they were pretty attentive from then on. They may have a new head nurse in charge. As I was leaving I commented on the extremely quick service for an ER, she said she was the head nurse and that she is very adamant about quick service. I was very impressed.

Dana Buckett I waited more than 4 weeks for a new patient appointment only to arrive to be told that they don’t prescribe the medications I am on. They stated they called and “tried to leave a voice message” on the Friday prior to my Monday appointment to advise me if this. 1) no they did not and 2) don’t you think they should have told me at the time I booked the appointment? They wasted my time and prolonged my ability to get my prescriptions refilled. Unacceptable. Totally. Very poor patient support.

Ice Box Waste of time. I will never go back. Waited 45 minutes for basic blood work that took all of 2 minutes. Went back a week later to discuss results and get a physical. Waited 30 mins and got zero answers. Very basic generic not personal attention at all. Not one answer to any concerns. After raising 5 different questions/concerns and getting NOTHING but B/S textbook responses so she could get the appt over with, the doctor dismissed herself. I honestly don’t think she knows what she’s doing because if there are red flags on blood work, and the patient is expressing concerns as well, you as a doctor would try to see why. She didn’t even look at the results and when I pointed them out, she was very dismissive. They make you wait for nothing and then charge your insurance company an outrageous premium for a waste of an appt. Front desk never answers the phones, looks miserable, is not friendly at all and there are plenty of other PCPs in the area. There is nothing of value at this office.

Scott Lovelady Just check out this providers comments. Please read between the lines. Good luck. Im going to look for better service else where. First visit was to establish care. My second visit was for an issue. At the visit they said I had a UTI. But I did not! Not sure who determined that. The meds they gave did not stop it. They sent off a sample to an advance lab and found out later but no one called to tell me. I got so sick I was in bed and could not function. I had to go elsewhere to get immediate care as their call in service did not follow through on a call. Obviously Im a slow learner. I did come back for a medication follow-up about a ED issue. I was told that when my previous prescription ran out then I could call in for an updated prescription. Today, I called in and now Im being told that I need to come back for a follow-up. What was the other office visit for? Thats right, medication follow-up! I guess I need to have follow-ups for follow-ups. So ridiculous. Oh and when I was in for that the medication follow-up they wanted to do testing for an issue I did NOT have. Looks to be a cash vacuum at this place. It appears they want you to keep coming back to keep the residual cash flowing. I should have been done when they miss diagnosed me. I spent too long here for sure. Oh BTW they can not comment because they will need to stay away from HIPAA. Poor service has nothing to do with HIPAA. Just saying. This place is too institutionalized. End of story.

Shaw I had some minor concerns and tried to consulate as a new patient. The conversation is done in 5min and they charged me for $170. I feel seriously deceived.
