Connie Clanton First accident I’ve ever had and they were very easy to work with my insurance. Friendly service, keeping us informed on everything. Car was ready earlier than expected and super clean, inside and out. Sabrina kept me updated from the time they ordered parts, to the mechanics, to the paint department and finally when completed. I couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant experience under the circumstances. Very pleased!

Crazy dog lady Fantastic all around. They are very professional with excellent customer service. My vehicle repair was painless. They even work closely with the rental car company making the process easy. I would do business with them again.

Kenzo Sakura (Shauny) This shop is always very thorough when I pull up, greeted as soon as I pull up sometimes Im even met in the lot, I was informed at my last service that they did change shop managers again, Richard is doing great as he just took over this week I believe he said. Fresh coffee in their coffee bar most times it wasnt this time but it was also late in the afternoon, clean facilities. They do let me know of my minor and major issues on my old beater. Verified the clean oil level at the end of the service, explained and walked me through everything they did. As a woman I always worry that Im being fooled or over charged, but I didnt feel that way whatsoever. The crew was new I could hear Richard as he was training the crew. There was another higher up kinda helping but he stood back more and watched as Richard and these other two gentlemen worked through my car. I will always bring my vehicles here, I do hope they are able to hire a good mechanic for this location again though. Bryan was my go to for my minor mechanical work, thankfully I heard he is still employed and not too far away so I will definitely go see him when needed! Thank you Kwik Kar and crew for all you do!

Russell Morris Nice friendly professional staff. Comfortable atmosphere. Ran into some challenges, but Julian Seiler, our sales rep (with the help of Ryan in finances) worked hard to overcome them and find a solution.

Matthew Sulzer Dropped car off for a radio error, wheel alignment, and I asked to order a center cap to replace one that was missing. Radio took 2+ days, resolved under warranty. Then the advisor called and asked for authorization for the alignment. Then when the car was picked up asked about the center cap and was met with “did you want me to order that?” I literally dropped the car off and said I needed three things and my car was there just shy of a week. Not sure if center cap was ordered, I will order elsewhere. Advisor was nice, and 2/3 of concerns were resolved, but it was more aggravation that necessary.

Louis Lockhart Very helpful. Kind, respectful. Extremely knowledgeable. They provided a tow and went out of their way to get me the best price for repairs and work with us to make necessary arrangements. Thankful. 100% recommend.

antonio jimenez I am at a loss for words about my service. I went to take my car in because it was having issues starting. I narrowed it down to either a bad alternator or a bad starter since I had recently replaced the battery. After some back and forth they mentioned that it could be a bad cable but that the car would be ready by Friday. I go in on Friday to pick up my car and the car won’t start!! They then come back and mention “oh looks like it’s your starter.” They then said it should be ready by Monday (because they also couldn’t get my car to start when I went to pick it up). Monday comes around guess what no car!!! The car is then done by Tuesday after non stop calling to try and get an update. When I asked if I can get my rental car covered due to their incompetence. I was told it was not possible because “my ticket wasn’t expensive.” My bill this time was around $500, but I spent almost $10,000 there last year for a new transmission. I’ve had work done many times here over the last few years and the service keeps getting worse. When I got back in my car after the work was “complete”, I noticed that my car was not even put back together!! I had to reassemble the battery compartment myself because they didn’t do their job. I mean come on get your act together people! I would honestly think twice about coming here! If I could give this place a 0 star I would but unfortunately google won’t let me. Eagle had a chance to make up for their incompetence and make things right, but unfortunately just blew me off and did a very poor job.

Anya Went on 5/13 for an inspection. I drove home perfectly fine and parked for the night. Woke up to two flats in the front of my car. I called the store asking if they did anything to the tires, which they refused. Keep in mind that they had to touch my tires in order to provide me with the PSI information outlined after my inspection. I was then put on the phone with the manager who insisted that I must have hit something on my way home. I explained that I did not hit anything, that my drive home was short, and that I could provide dash cam footage if needed. He insisted that I must have hit a curb. I asked how that would make my front tires go flat, and he did not provide an answer. The manager insisted that I would need to tow my car in for this and that I would be expected to pay full price for repairs. EDIT: Customer service refuses to answer my emails. I had to get my car towed in for new tires at my personal expense.

I would not consider going anywhere else ! We feel a genuine interest in us as customers and trust that were receiving the necessary care at an affordable price. B R I want to give a shout out to Max. Hes the guy thats in charge at the moment. I highly recommend you come to this firestone and deal with him.Dont deal with his boss, barry, likes to upcharge people. Great customer service fr Max. he made me feel like a valuable customer. And if I do decide to return to this firestone, it would be to only deal him. Im dealing with him made me leave a five star Review after my bad experience.

Jeffery McMahon Please don’t bother taking your car here. The most poorly ran Firestone I’ve ever been to. No manager on site, the staff had zero customer service skills and no sense of urgency. Dropped my car off at 2:45pm, for my 3 o’clock appointment. They said it would be ready by 4pm. I came back at 5pm and they still hadn’t touched it. But they quickly billed my fleet management company at 3:30pm. Working hard to get them removed as the preferred vendor.

Hoff Bill (Dragleg) Although he does all the work alone, his service is remarkably timely and always first rate. He is an honest mechanic which is both rare and comforting to know. Hes given me estimates and always comes in right on or less, again, very rare. You can drop your car off without fear of being ripped off. A nice feeling in this day in time.

N Any time one of our familys vehicles needs work, we know its time to call Lindy. For years, he has taken care of our vehicles with honest, straightforward service and pressure free quotes. Recently, my cars AC had gone out and though I thought it was the compressor, I wanted some other opinions on it. I took it to Pep Boys where I live in Irving and they thought it was electrical, then I took it to an auto electrician and they said it was the compressor and would be about $2,000 to fix. When I called Daltons for a repair quote , they hunted for affordable aftermarket parts, but could only find quality parts from the dealer and still quoted me $1,100, over $900 less than the other guy. I wanted to be doubly sure that it actually was the compressor and asked if I could drop the car off and have Lindy look at it. He said I could drop it off the next day and hed look at it and sure enough he was able to look it over and verify that it was indeed the compressor and get back with me in time to pick it up the same day. I went back after they closed to get it and the car was waiting there ready for me to pick it up, free of charge. I am SO grateful to have an honest, helpful mechanic like Lindy Dalton to take care of my vehicle and as soon as I decide that I cant live without AC, Ill be right back to Daltons Foreign Car Services to get it fixed. Ask for Shawn this gentleman went far and beyond to help me when my serpentine belt went out at 10 pm at night he came to assist me the best he could at that time of night, the next morning he picked me up from my motel and went as faras to drive me to the city next to the town since the town I was in did not have the part needed available!! Talk about GOING FAR AND BEYOND! He fixed my car quickly and I was able to return to the City safe! The best mobile mechanic service EVER!!

The next day I searched google and found A Reliable Diesel on Caddo St., I called to see if I could get an estimate on repairs needed. The lady was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Dropped my truck off they called me explained what repairs were needed and quoted me a fair price. I was completely satisfied with the overall experience and will not go anywhere else. bobby bobby I had my 2004 Toyota Sequoias timing belt and water pump replaced. The job was done right and the price was competitive. Living in the area competition prices are hire. The only shops in the same price ranges are in Dallas. I highly recommend bring vehicles here!!

thomas games Since moved out of Texas but I wish I could still take my car here. They always did an excellent job of informing me what was wrong with my vehicle so I could make an educated decision about any repairs without pressuring me into making unnecessary repairs. What repairs they did for me where reasonably priced and usually ended up costing less than the original quote. Overall A & J auto repair is a honest place to get your car fixed for a first price.

Cami Williams My brother in law was stranded in the area on a Saturday and was trying to contact a shop to have his car towed until he could figure something out on Monday. He called Old Mill and they told him "Yeah this sounds like a Monday problem, not a 6pm Saturday night problem." I guess everyone likes someone whos blunt but this was uncalled for when he was already in a desperate situation.

Dame Was having issues with my car called him because I heard he done good work in the past and he also worked on one of my cars many years ago. Said that he could look at my car the next day brought him the car didn’t hear anything after the next day so I reached out the day after the at the end of the day and he told me he still wasn’t able to get around to it and he would the following day. He reaches out the following day and says that he cannot fix what is going on with my car and refers me to someone else then proceeds to charge me $100 for my car to sit at his house for three days and then to make matters worse because I had other minor issues that could be touched up. He says that he wouldn’t even be able to touch my car until two weeks because he’s backed up, which is a slap in the face to me because it’s like you should’ve told me before beforehand and I would’ve took it to somebody else. total rip off
