1 /5 Cami Williams: My brother in law was stranded in the area on a Saturday and was trying to contact a shop to have his car towed until he could figure something out on Monday. He called Old Mill and they told him "Yeah this sounds like a Monday problem, not a 6pm Saturday night problem." I guess everyone likes someone whos blunt but this was uncalled for when he was already in a desperate situation.

1 /5 Dame: Was having issues with my car called him because I heard he done good work in the past and he also worked on one of my cars many years ago. Said that he could look at my car the next day brought him the car didn’t hear anything after the next day so I reached out the day after the at the end of the day and he told me he still wasn’t able to get around to it and he would the following day. He reaches out the following day and says that he cannot fix what is going on with my car and refers me to someone else then proceeds to charge me $100 for my car to sit at his house for three days and then to make matters worse because I had other minor issues that could be touched up. He says that he wouldn’t even be able to touch my car until two weeks because he’s backed up, which is a slap in the face to me because it’s like you should’ve told me before beforehand and I would’ve took it to somebody else. total rip off

1 /5 S R: I am new to the area, and I found Old Mill Auto on Google. I called to see about getting an appmt about 3 weeks ago. The person who answered the phone seemed annoyed and unwilling to help. It felt like he was trying to get me off of the phone instead of listening to the issue I was having with my car. While he seemed knowledgeable, his customer service skills were not great. I didn’t feel comfortable, so ended up going somewhere else.

5 /5 Bryson Treece: Been going to Old Mill for a couple of years now, starting with a head gasket repair on a MIT Lancer, and even taken advantage of their armory services and training. Never disappointed. Good work, good people. No issues on any repairs done after significant use. Fully recommended.
