1 /5 S R: I am new to the area, and I found Old Mill Auto on Google. I called to see about getting an appmt about 3 weeks ago. The person who answered the phone seemed annoyed and unwilling to help. It felt like he was trying to get me off of the phone instead of listening to the issue I was having with my car. While he seemed knowledgeable, his customer service skills were not great. I didn’t feel comfortable, so ended up going somewhere else.
