2 /5 Matthew Sulzer: Dropped car off for a radio error, wheel alignment, and I asked to order a center cap to replace one that was missing. Radio took 2+ days, resolved under warranty. Then the advisor called and asked for authorization for the alignment. Then when the car was picked up asked about the center cap and was met with “did you want me to order that?” I literally dropped the car off and said I needed three things and my car was there just shy of a week. Not sure if center cap was ordered, I will order elsewhere. Advisor was nice, and 2/3 of concerns were resolved, but it was more aggravation that necessary.
