1 /5 Houston Reviewer: 1/5 stars but they deserve zero
This was one of the most frustrating and disheartening experiences I’ve ever had at any business. Joe Hudson Collision Center in Galveston treated me with disrespect, poor communication, and a complete lack of professionalism throughout the repair process.
From the moment I walked in, I was met with cold attitudes and dismissive responses. It felt like I had to push just to be acknowledged, let alone get proper answers. Concerns I brought up were brushed off or denied without any real explanation. Only after I got my insurance adjuster involved did they finally agree to address them.
When I picked up the car, I realized a basic repair had been left incomplete, and no one told me. I followed up and was told, very casually, that they didn’t know how to fix it. No apology. No plan to resolve it. I also noticed a minor but obvious new issue with the car, and again, they brushed it off and told me I could take care of it myself.
The entire experience made me feel like I wasn’t being taken seriously, and to be honest, like I wasn’t welcome there. Whether it was just indifference or something deeper, it was hard not to notice the tone shift in how I was treated.
If you expect to be treated with respect and basic professionalism, take your car somewhere else.
UPDATE: Ended up having to have the entirety of their repairs redone at a different shop that noticed the parts Joe Hudson replaced/removed were poorly aligned and loose. DO NOT GO HERE.
