1 /5 antonio jimenez: I am at a loss for words about my service. I went to take my car in because it was having issues starting. I narrowed it down to either a bad alternator or a bad starter since I had recently replaced the battery. After some back and forth they mentioned that it could be a bad cable but that the car would be ready by Friday. I go in on Friday to pick up my car and the car won’t start!! They then come back and mention “oh looks like it’s your starter.” They then said it should be ready by Monday (because they also couldn’t get my car to start when I went to pick it up). Monday comes around guess what no car!!! The car is then done by Tuesday after non stop calling to try and get an update. When I asked if I can get my rental car covered due to their incompetence. I was told it was not possible because “my ticket wasn’t expensive.” My bill this time was around $500, but I spent almost $10,000 there last year for a new transmission. I’ve had work done many times here over the last few years and the service keeps getting worse. When I got back in my car after the work was “complete”, I noticed that my car was not even put back together!! I had to reassemble the battery compartment myself because they didn’t do their job. I mean come on get your act together people! I would honestly think twice about coming here! If I could give this place a 0 star I would but unfortunately google won’t let me. Eagle had a chance to make up for their incompetence and make things right, but unfortunately just blew me off and did a very poor job.

1 /5 brandon fox: Had a very bad experience here. I am not the guy to leave bad reviews, but this needed to be shared for the next potential customer. They 100% tried to take advantage of me traveling from out of state with family when my transmission temperature light came on. Told me they cant get parts for my 2017 transmission and the only option is replace? gave me an $8-$11k estimate for a complete replacement with a used or new one. Refused to even top off my fluid, so that I could leave. Would not allow me to sign a release waiver or anything else that would guarantee that they were not held liable for any damages if they topped off fluid. This is standard auto repair stuff that an honest place would have. When I told the front desk guy that this wasnt right and felt like I was being held hostage, he lost his mind and literally shouted for the next 15 minutes! I found another transmission place in town that did exactly what I was asking, and two customers in line said they had similar bad experiences with Eagle. I drove six hours home with no problems because an honest transmission place down the street serviced my vehicle to get me and my family on the road. Also Eagle said I had a CVT transmission and thats why they couldnt get parts. Not even true, its not a CVT! Scammy place.

With my daughter away at college, it gave me great peace of mind knowing her car was being handled properly and repaired the right way. Their communication and quality of work were truly appreciated!
