Thomas EDIT: I have changed no words, all Ive changed is the star from 2 to 1 after the condescending reply from the shop. I brought in my Grand Marquis in an emergency situation, I needed an intake manifold put on fast. As I was on my way to California from Houston. I was treated well and made comfortable with anything I had wanted to talk about. However, I was unfortunately misled twice and have had issues with the replaced parts just days after they were done. I was given a lower price overall because I was in a budget pinch, and I was told "AutoZone gave us the part cheaper" when the reality was they were just using a more cost effective part. That wouldve been fine if thats how it was presented to me because in the situation the brand of the intake manifold on these cars is very important and unfortunately the one they went with is one Ive known to have issues and in my thankfulness and gratitude I was feeling for the speedy repair, I lost sight of the details and didnt find out the part number until my cooling system blew up in Arizona. The next disappointment is I was comforted by a "nationwide warranty" which would have solved this entire problem, because in theory a warranty you get told is for your repair actually covers the repair the shop did. Well guess what, folks? The warranty doesnt cover "internal engine components". I can go back and forth with you as to why an intake manifold isnt internal, but thats neither here nor there, because Im not the warranty adjuster and I dont make the rules. So, Im sure they arent bad people, but I had a bad experience. Went from a $800 fix to a $2700 project.

Victor Martinez I came across Latte’s Auto Repair via the reviews and definitely did not disappoint! Took in my 2015 Silverado due to a AC leak and Carlos, Danny, and John were able to diagnose it, and began to fix the problem immediately. They even went as far to walk me through and carefully explain a potential problem I may have in the future, which I would have not have known if I had not brought my truck to Latte’s Auto Repair. I would also like to mention that the workers here are great people! Each of them are their own characters with great hearts who put the costumer first! While I was waiting, I was even brought a tasty meal and met other wonderful costumers who also trust in the service this shop provides! Awesome work for sure and would definitely recommend for all you’re vehicle needs!

Isaiah Pineda Absolutely amazing attitude and friendly customer service. Great work a little expensive but sam guarantees his work. I just had a condenser replacement and he did the proper process to fix the issues at hand. Show some love to those technicians guys they are freaking awesome

Ernesto Fernandez Excellent service at Pronto. Tiffany and staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They gave five star service both at the front desk and in the actual work to my vehicle. They did all the work with my insurance company. I barely had to talk to the insurance agents at all. I would definitely recommend and use their service again.

Javier Torrentez I took my 1971 Toyota Land Cruiser to Mr. A because he had great reviews. My vehicle has parts that are difficult to find. He found them when I could not. He repaired my brakes, and changed my oil pan gasket. He was more than helpful to show me a few more things that needed to be done to make my vehicle safe for driving across the country. He exceeded my expectations. His prices are competitive, he’s honest, and my review comes with my highest recommendation. Anyone in El Paso who needs your vehicle serviced, take it here! Gabby Izquierdo I 100% recommend Mr A’s Auto. He was recommended to my family by a friend and he has not disappointed. He is prompt to answer, quick to schedule and does good affordable work. He does just what you ask and has never tried to upsell me but does let you know if he sees anything of concern and gives you a realistic timeline as to how pressing it is to take care of. He scheduled me for 8 am on a Saturday and took my car in immediately after I handed him the keys. I’ve also dropped my car off the night before for him to work on the car first thing when I had to leave the next day out of town. Great customer service.

Frank Tsai I just came back and had my shocks and struts replaced. Rick is great, friendly and honest. They did great job on my car and charged me lower than they first quoted. Looks like I found my new go-to mechanic for future repairs/maintenance.

april limon Called to see if they do the emissions test at 11am I was told that they break at 12pm for lunch and I arrived exactly at 11:41am and I was denied service due to it being near their lunch break and if I wanted to I can come back after 1. Pretty rude and unprofessional service.

Bonnie Teng I found this place by reading reviews and decided to try them. They were wonderful and I highly recommend! Everyone I spoke to, whether over the phone or in the office, was super professional and friendly (hard to find these days!). The only down side is they are super busy so it takes about 10 days for them to get to your car to diagnose the problem and you have to leave your car there. This was for our spare car so it was fine. But the fact they are so busy, speaks to their service. Efrain called me with the quote and I found the price reasonable. Finding a trustworthy mechanic shop is hard, but I felt very comfortable here and will def go back!

C N My son was working in El Paso this summer (we are from Alabama) on a mission trip. He drove his truck the 20 hour drive to get there. His truck developed a bad coolant leak and could not be driven. I called Resler and they said they could look at it, but not right then as they were backed up. It took a few days to get it in to them, but within a day they had it diagnosed and called back with an estimate. They knew we were in a bind and could have taken advantage of us- but they did not. The pricing was fair and better than what I would have been quoted here. They repaired the vehicle and he is back on the road now. I wish we had shops like that in my area back home. They are the only shop I have experience with in that area- but they are top notch.

It’s hard to find a shop that truly specializes in European vehicles in this area, but these guys know their stuff and treat your car like it’s their own. Ana Becerra Mechanics here take their time to inspect the vehicles, and take their time to explain the problem to you. They’re honest and break down their fair price to you. I recently had them replace a Honda accord alternator, for which I bought the part myself (the option of buying the part myself and only being charged for labor was presented to me) and they repaired it in less than 1 business day!

Juan Mata I went in to get a transmission flush to which I was gonna be charged $375. I called around and other shops were charging me 250 to 325. I asked the older gentleman who was very short to see if he can better the price to which he got upset I explained to him that Alamo Transmission would charge me $250 and they can do it on Monday so I asked him if he can better the price so I can do it with them. The gentleman got upset and said that Alamo transmission does a shitty work and then he responded that now he was gonna charge me even more money because of what I told him. This was very unprofessional. and there was no reason for him to react that way, because in I only asked if he can give me a better price there was no reason for him to tell me that he was gonna up the price that is not the right way to treat people or to do business I do not recommend this place. The guy is unprofessional

Robert Patton Rick at Show-N-Go was a very knowledgeable mechanic and helped my friend with his 1978 Corvette. He was aware of rear bearing issues that caused braking issues. For my car, he helped get a used engine from a junkyard so my 140,000 mile motor that was messed up, could get replaced with one with only 70,000 miles and be an affordable repair. We drove it for many more years, too. I feel that I know very much about car repairs and Rick knew much more, and I respect his integrity and extensive knowledge and especially his fair pricing.

Dani Lopez DONT GO HERE !!!!!!!!!! Danny is owner and also was working on my car for 2 MONTHS!! he over charged me and still took so long to fix it. Turns out he didn’t even fully fix my car!!! I payed over $2000. I tried calling home and texting him and he never answered the phone. He made excuses of why he wasn’t answering until I went myself in person. DO NOT TRUST DANNY. I could’ve gone somewhere way better and CHEAPER! DONT GO HERE PLEASE DONT!!!! my car was left so dirty from the inside. My car started vibrating more and was left with a ticking noise. has a burning smell when driving. Please save your money and time and find a better car shop everyone !!! Now I have to go to another shop to actually get my car fixed not just held in storage !!!!

Billie Opificius BEWARE!!! This guy is a rip off! We needed a tire for our camper (our pop-up camper had a flat and we had no spare) and he was the only one in 100 miles of where we were that had one. After having our camper put on a flat top tow truck (which was very difficult but the tow truck driver was great!) we had to drive 77 miles to get to his location. He charged us $152.45 for a tire he put on Our rim and then put on our camper. Now I know the tire retails for $50.00. But to charge us $100 for the service he provided? Really? He had us by the gonads and he knew it. Shamefull. He should be ashamed of his self. Stay away from this Rip Off!!!
