I had been to a diesel shop off of I-30 which was an horrible experience, no such things as customer service and very unfriendly, I refuse to do business with people like that. The next day I searched google and found A Reliable Diesel on Caddo St., I called to see if I could get an estimate on repairs needed. The lady was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Dropped my truck off they called me explained what repairs were needed and quoted me a fair price. I was completely satisfied with the overall experience and will not go anywhere else. They are very dependable and the prices are fair. I will continue to use A Reliable Diesel when I need my truck or trailer repaired.

Do you know how hard it is to find good mechanics and honest ones. they have helped me in so many ways so many times I lost count. If I do run into a problem I do my best to try and get back to them as I trust the work that they do. I could go on and on but I wont trust anyone else to work on my truck if I dont have to.

5 /5 Alex Smith: Not really sure what Jeff is talking about. If you want quality work done, go here. I just got my truck fixed, and for a decent price also. This shop has been providing service for the Greenville area for many years, including big corporations in and out of town. If what Jeff had said were true, I dont think they wouldve been in business as long as they have. So, Jeff, if you ever read this, they have plenty of more business within that area, so your loss is business and tasteless comment will have virtually no effect on them.

5 /5 Nancy Riddick: Johnny, Belinda and Steve have saved our "bacon" many times. Our trucks take a beating out in the sand/dirt pits. Without fail, they have rescued us, fixed us, and got us back on the road quickly. Always friendly, very knowledgeable. We would never trust our equipment to anyone else.
