From the manager to the staff everything was what you want it to be when you are trusting them with a lifetime and legacy pieces of jewelry. Ashley Kelly Wilson Jewelers is the best! We got my engagement ring here and both our wedding bands. I’m pretty picky and they custom made exactly what I wanted. They also made a necklace out of my grandma’s diamond ring for me to wear for the wedding. Everything was so perfect! Chris and his team were so helpful and kind and the turn around time was super reasonable and most importantly I felt like I was getting a great deal! 10/10 recommend

Tara Mustafa What an amazing experience. We were greeted as soon as we walked it to this beautiful store. We came in to get a bracelet that my bestie wanted to get me for my birthday. We have been talking about this jewelry for a while and we finally made it. The esthetic was beautiful and the Lab coats add such a vibe to the environment. We were helped by Sunni and Claire who worked well together and explained all the process and the products. They were kind and considerate and very professional. We did not feel rushed or pressured in any way. These ladies are excellent staff who bring light to the location! Thank you for an amazing experience. We ended up with 2 gold bracelets and charms. Cannot wait to add to our collection with the next special occasion!

Jennifer Beagley I can’t recommend Amanda enough! We had an overall wonderful experience here. I wanted a yellow lab grown diamond and Amanda found so many for me to look at and helped me pick the perfect one! She also did a great job of offering tips and ideas while still letting me design my ring exactly how I wanted. Amanda moved as quickly as we wanted; no rush or pressure. Once we picked the design and diamond we got the ring super quick as well. The ring is absolutely flawless and exactly what I hoped it would be.

Kate Schriner Fell in love with Limbo jewelry years ago during a visit to Austin. Love their online store, and appreciate it when they travel to craft fairs in Chicago. You can see for yourself that they have beautiful pieces with clean lines, and I have to add that their customer service is top notch. When I’ve broken a necklace chain across the country they’ve offered repairs or replacement parts speedily. Thanks, Limbo!

Christina Murphy Was gifted pretty earrings from here and after two wears the metal started to look brown so much so that I can no longer reach for them. They were over $120 so I took them to the store and asked them to either clean them or honor their product. I thought this was reasonable! Store said they don’t clean, and were super unhelpful, shared they were discontinued and could not exchange them for an equivalent product and didn’t offer any solutions. Super unhelpful and disappointing to know that Kendra Scott and this location does not honor their products. Will not continue to shop since not only do the products not age well or sustain value enough to be used but especially that the brand doesn’t honor their jewelry. Big bummer.
