You as a business owner need to know that what you do in secret, will always come to light. Talk to your staff about their WORK ETHIC it reflects your place of business.     Georgia Picciandra: Let me preface by saying I am a returning customer— I designed a custom engagement ring last year and got engaged in December. The ring is gorgeous and I love it so much!! We made an appointment for the Austin, Tx showroom to look at wedding bands together and we were helped by Regan. It was seriously such a phenomenal experience, Regan was so helpful and was such a joy to work with! She helped my fiancé and myself find our wedding bands in literally 30 mins. I can not express how simple, easy, and fun this was and we can’t wait to come back and purchase the rings soon!! Thanks so much Regan!

    Anonymous Writer: BEWARE!! — If I could give no stars, that’s exactly what this so called jewelry store would get!!! I do NOT recommend taking any jewelry to get fixed nor repaired; they are crooks and they probably don’t use real gold! We took an heirloom to get cleaned/polished, reinforced and replace a stone. The ring ended up worse then when we took it in. They charged a lot of money, initially, and then when we took it back to re-repair (3 wks later, mind you!), they charged another $100. And when we questioned which prongs were tightened and reinforced, the guy didn’t answer (probably because he didn’t do it!), and then, the guy just walked way and left me standing there. They would’ve release the ring until I paid the extra $100.00. They are rip-offs! They will be hearing from my attorney soon! Do NOT support this jewelry store, they lie, cheat and steal from honest people!
