Warm greeting from both folks in the shop when I entered and one of the two watches was in the works before I knew it. The other was opened and both paid for at a very reasonable price within 10 minutes. The place is family owned and run and seems to place a great deal of value on making the customer happy, They certainly did just that for me. Highly recommended.

Ashley Shaeffer: Cub was great to work with! I took in a very old ring that has been in the family (I’m talking made in the late 1800’s) to get resized and he and team did amazing. They were very careful about maintaining the integrity of the ring while remaking the band to be wearable. I couldn’t be happier! It also came back so clean it’s like it was brand new!

She is 82 and mobility is a struggle, she doesn’t get out very much, and it’s a sensitive time- my dad has recently passed. Nikki was so kind and patient, helping her to find her new ring size and showed her a variety of shapes and types of rings. My mom was thrilled with the selection and assistance. I am so grateful for the time and attention to customer service! And it wasn’t just Nikki! I overheard other employees talking to customers, they were so impressive! It’s been a long time since I have been to a store where I have had an experience like that. I will definitely be back! Nikki also gave me a card for a jeweler if I’d like to get my mom’s wedding ring sized, very thoughtful!
