Allison Newsom Cornwell My husband bought my engagement & wedding rings and we got his wedding ring here. We love our custom jewelry. My only complaint, if I have to find one, is their limited hours. We live out of town & are only in the Odessa area for holidays and/or weekends, and they are closed those times (which we totally get, hence not docking the review).

Natalie Fincher Absolutely love the wide variety of gorgeous jewelry. The owner loves all his customers. So refreshing, I wont go anywhere else. I have known them over 15 years and have always felt welcome the prices beet everyone in town. You must come and see the variety of jewelry really amazing.

Alize Garcia Very rude Staff not helpful at all I was standing there for 30 minutes and there was nobody at the register or anyone in sight a lady from the perfume area had to track down the girl and when she came to the register she gave me attitude the whole time all I wanted was to get 2 charms put on my bracelet she put one of them on backwards I didn’t even bother to say anything and I have lost charms before I can tell they’re not gonna hold up for long I will be going to the James Avery store from now on I don’t understand why get a customer service job if you hate people that much
