The store was beautifully decorated, and the Valentines collection was expertly displayed, which made it easy to browse and find the perfect piece. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they made the shopping experience even more enjoyable. They were knowledgeable about the products and offered great suggestions on how to mix and match pieces to create the perfect look. The store itself is bright and spacious, which made it easy to navigate and find what we were looking for. Its clear that a lot of care and attention went into designing the space, and it definitely paid off. Overall, we highly recommend visiting Kendra Scotts flagship location, especially during one of their pop-up events with Museum of ice cream With beautiful displays, friendly staff, and a great selection of jewelry, its the perfect spot to indulge in a little retail therapy

1 /5 Michelle Rodriguez: I came here a couple of weeks ago(almost a month) and left because of how hot it was in the store. I came back this weekend and it was even hotter in the store, I can’t believe that with all the money this store makes they can’t afford to fix the ac, I applaud the workers because even though it was incredibly warm they were still helpful and sweet. I left the store and didn’t buy anything because of how hot it felt, those fans they have running in the store are no help either. please do better!

5 /5 Jacquelyn Pruet: Such a fun way to get customized Kendra Scott. The store is beautiful and the staff is well organized, professional, and keep the busy place flowing. If you want a Kendra Scott item - come here. You get free valet park wing and the full experience. The Yellow Rose hat bar looks like the perfect spot to get your custom hat. The boots are beautiful too.

They were very careful about maintaining the integrity of the ring while remaking the band to be wearable. I couldn’t be happier! It also came back so clean it’s like it was brand new!
