2 /5 jessica koonts: I called to make an appointment because I had missed my period for two months, it took two weeks to get in. I was finally seen on 2 April, the doctor was an hour late at getting me in for my appointment, I explained my symptoms and he ordered a lab workup, which did not include a pregnancy test. A few days later I was having more symptoms and I took a pregnancy test and I found out I was pregnant, I called the office and they told me to just come in on the 12th when I had a different appointment scheduled. On the 12th they called and canceled, I told them I needed my lab work...they were not tracking that I thought I was pregnant because they had not updated my record. The told me if I made it in before 11am they would draw my blood. I went in and had seven viles of blood taken, I didnt get to see a doctor or a nurse and the receptionist told me my labs would be ready on the following Wednesday. Now it is the 22nd and It took two people to find my labs, because they were never inputted into the system, they finally did locate them. but now they are telling me they are still not back even though they should have been in on the 17th. I go in tomorrow to request my medical records be sent to another doctor. I cannot believe how unorganized this office is and how little they care for their patients, I am 8 weeks along and I had to go to a walk in clinic to get a nurses consultation and an ultrasound because I couldnt get anything back from my doctor. I do not recommend Dr. Kempers office for any of your healthcare needs.
