4 /5 Pamela R: I had my 1st Medicare Wellness appt with Dr Nguyen. I had to wait a while before I could see him, which was the only downside to my appt. I think it was just a busy time. He was very thorough & spent a lot of time with me and gave me some great suggestions.

1 /5 Marian Parra: They never answer the phone, Ive been trying to get a referral from them for 2 weeks and nothing. Not even a callback saying they received my message. I went in person and the receptionist (Alma) was very rude. She interrupted me when I was trying to ask questions, and acknowledged that they had my messages but never said sorry for not answering yet. I’m finding another doctor as soon as I can. For what she said, the doctor wasn’t in the office until today, and will start working on my requests. Still, I think this is something another doctor could have taken care of in her absence.

cary scheurer: I found everyone at the facility incredibly helpful, Paris, especially in discharge and planning for aftercare. Everyone was professional, the facility was clean, and everyone was so kind to the guests that came in. My only complaint would be with the therapist that my son had and that might have just been a relationship that didn’t work right. My son did have cuts all the way up his arms When he came home that he said came from there. I did report it to the nurse so they could make sure no one else would get hurt but, again overall a very professional experience.

I normally do not go to the doctor because I always feel like I’m taking up their time or most doctors always seem busy, or in a rush BUT my experience here was GREAT!! From the moment I called to see if they were accepting new patients until the time I left I felt comfortable and everyone here seems to actually care about patients having a pleasant experience. I didn’t feel like I was in the way or taking up anyone’s time. EVEN the staff who checks you in have great hospitality and are super caring. The doctor was so patient and thorough, he explained everything so well and even gave me a print out of information that showed what I can do until I return for my follow up visit. This is a great place. After years I’ve finally found a doctors office that I for sure will go to. Thanks to everyone at this location.

My health is challenging and I wanted a doctor who first of all listened to me without cutting me off or ignoring me, and responded in detail. Dr. Naini at the CenterWell South Garland location is that doctor. Her team - Emily her MA and Giselle who handles her front office - show the same level of expertise and courtesy. My experience with each of them has been exceptional. There is a secure website that can be used to contact the office and exchange messages. I highly recommend Dr. Naini and her team to anyone looking for a primary care doctor specializing in Geriatric care.

Riya Roy: Friend office staffs are very rude . Customer service is very poor. We dont get chance to see Dr Carlson. PA & NP are running this clinic. Could not tolerate the attitude of the staff. Not only one time experience. Even over the phone. I dont suggest this clinic for anyone who is expecting humanitarian considerations from the office of a doctor. I give 0 rating.

Adam Goodchild: I wish I could give this place 0 stars. You go in for a walk-in and they make you register yourself. The front desk does nothing to check you in whatsoever. The website then gives you a time that your appointment will be. Since mine was an hour wait, they said I could come back. I came back 5min before the appointment time and still had to wait another 25min. I have also made the appointment before coming in on a separate occasion and ended up having to wait in line behind the people who did not have appointments.
