1 /5 Steve Ortiz: This office doesn’t care about their patients. They only care about hustling for a quick buck. I confirmed with my insurance that this was my doctor but they said it didn’t appear in their system. I asked over the phone if they could confirm that the change was made and they refused until I came in. When I got there they said my insurance wasn’t their system and I would have to pay $80 to see a doctor….. I was so upset I walked out. You have lost a customer for life. I will be telling my friends and family not to come here. I even offered to get my insurance on the phone and confirm that I changed my doctor to them but they refused. Unbelievable….

1 /5 Quang Nguyen: Front desk staff girl is utterly useless and disrespectful. Im in healthcare and if one of my staff talked to patients the way she did, they would be fired on the spot. If you are planning to go to this office, take heed of the reviews - they are rightfully given.

I had to cancel and reschedule an appointment, but my receptionist only cared about closing up (over 35 minutes left before closing) and only needed me to say that I couldn’t make it. She didn’t know what rescheduling meant and hung up. — 2022: This facility has improved in so many ways including the supporting staff. I’ve updated my review from 2 star to 4 star Obviously not completely perfect, but you will have a very peaceful time with the people here

1 /5 Steven Nguyen: 0 star to the whole front desk team, acting like they’re above everyone else. My mom called and asked if she could do a walk in and some uneducated lady at the front desk spoke to my mom like she’s begging to come in. All of the receptionists need to humble themselves , you’re working hourly paid job. Do not recommend at all. I found another doctor’s office in garland to go to.
