1 /5 Maricruz Espinoza: I came in because I had ringworm and wanted to know if there was an oral medication I could take for it to go away faster. Sadly, they just took my money and did not help. The person who took me back, and asked me what was wrong did not even know what ringworm was. When the doctor came in I had told her I was already using over the counter creams. She then goes on to tell me we need to take blood work to see what medication she could give me. As Iām walking out she tells me she wrote a prescription cream sent it to my pharmacy, and that the blood work would be ready the next day. I go to the pharmacy and the prescription was over the counter cream! It gets worse! It takes days for them to reach back out to me about the blood work. Finally, when they get back to me they tell me everything looks good. I know everything looks good, but can she give me anything! The Dr was busy and I was told I was going to get a call back. Iām still waiting! Itās been 2 weeks. I donāt even want anything anymore because the ringworm is gone. A refund for the poor customer service would be nice! Or a simple sorry we canāt give you anything for this keep using the cream you are using. It was a waste of time and money.
