1 /5 Riya Roy: Friend office staffs are very rude . Customer service is very poor. We dont get chance to see Dr Carlson. PA & NP are running this clinic. Could not tolerate the attitude of the staff. Not only one time experience. Even over the phone. I dont suggest this clinic for anyone who is expecting humanitarian considerations from the office of a doctor. I give 0 rating.

1 /5 Miley Rodriguez: My sister went today and said Ana front office was extremely rude that she has never been so disrespected in her life before. She spoke to a supervisor and I really hope she did something about it. Said it was so uncomfortable getting yelled at in front of other customers and staff. She was so excited to go to her appointment today just for her to come home upset. I’m reading other reviews and see her name often. I can’t not believe they still let her get away with treating patients that way.

1 /5 Charles Reid: Dr Carlson is an amazing Dr. and his manner is very positive. The front staff however...where do I even begin....they have got to be the absolute rudest front staff not just for a Dr.s office but of any business I have ever interacted with. The way they talk to their customers over the phone is completely atrocious. I have been going to Dr. Carlson since I was a teenager but the last few years with this front staff is pathetic. Not one single employee in that front area should be employed. They are so incredibly rude to me directly every single visit or I witness them being rude to another patient. It is like clockwork every single visit. The idea of someone "just having a bad day" does not apply here. Every single day they are rude and every single interaction I have with them involves me asking questions and them rudely talking over you and multiple times being hung up on. I have since replaced them with another Dr.s office and I am just flabbergasted with the difference in the approach from my new Dr.s staff and just how good the service is in comparison. This office is devoid of compassion and they think of you and treat you like a chore. Please Dr. Carlson fire this entire crew and start over. They are ruining your reputation and business.

1 /5 Rita V: Front office staff is rude and unprofessional. Scream across the room to each other about patients information, everyone in the waiting area is also able to hear what is going on. Will not be returning back. If you value customer service DO NOT visit this office.

The first few times I went to this office, Best Care Family Medical Center, I was impressed and even considered switching to them as a primary care doctor! 4 visits is where that impressed feeling stopped! I saw 2 physicians assistants and requested to see Dr. Carlson, but they refused to let me schedule an appointment with him. The office staff is currently kicking out patients and forcing them to be seen outside in the heat and are afraid of anyone being in their office! I have never been treated with so much disrespect from a medical office. You cant even talk to the office manager without talking to 3-5 other people who keep forgetting that they put you on hold and then you get the same disrespectful and most unprofessional attitude from each and every one of the office workers and the medical assistants! They also state on their website that they are an urgent care provider, but thats definitely fake and false information! Watch your insurance charges from this office as well as they are billing some quite interesting and unknown charges! Long story short, save yourself the headache and find another office to care for you and your family!
