Riya Roy: Friend office staffs are very rude . Customer service is very poor. We dont get chance to see Dr Carlson.

Could not tolerate the attitude of the staff.
Not only one time experience. Even over the phone. I dont suggest this clinic for anyone who is expecting humanitarian considerations from the office of a doctor.

Alden Roy: The front desk Lisa made me initial impressions fun and welcoming! Brinton Coombs was a amazing provider. Super informative and caring. Really felt like she wanted me to succeed. Definitely consider this place as your primary care office!
Cricia Acevedo: I’m giving them only 2 stars because we were the first ones there. There were no more patients when we got there and yet still had to wait 1 hr and a half to be seen by the nurse practitioner. The same guy checking in was the same on taking vitals. He had to step out to answer the phone and come back. I thought this would be a quick in and out but we waited for sooo long. The nurse practitioner was super nice and caring. I just hate the waiting and all the questioning and forms despite not being new patients.
Lillian Sadowski: Do not set up payment plans! If you pay it off early they will keep charging you the payment plan amount. I took care of my account in January and got charged in February, they "said" they canceled the payment plan because I had paid everything but then surprise I got charged in March and was spoken to very rudely when I was understandably frustrated with the theft.
