5 /5 Keith Bass: They were AWESOME. Cut my hand pretty good and came here based on reviews. I dreaded the idea of waiting for hours in a doctor’s office but was in and out within an hour! Most painless stitches I’ve ever had and a week later the cut looks great. The staff was wonderful. I’ll be back! Hopefully not real soon.. thanks for the best stitch experience I’ve ever had!

5 /5 Katy Goree: We went to the Doctors Center Urgent Care today because my daughter started feeling really under the weather. Turns out she has the flu. The staff was very helpful in getting us seen without an appointment. They saw and diagnosed her quickly. Will definitely use them in the future!!

1 /5 Hannah Poe: Do NOT, for one second, believe this is an “urgent care.” If you are in pain and need quicker help than and hour plus wait and want actual care, do NOT use this clinic. Waited over an hour, never saw a doctor, pain 5/10 with what I suspect are gallstones. This is not an emergency room issue but is turning in to one now. Check in is awful. Sat for 15 minutes with no acknowledgment and then when I asked it was “did you scan the QR code?” I’m nauseated, in pain, and they want me to use my phone. Witnessed them argue with a man who asked for paper forms who did not know how to use his phone well. “You just click the link” He was very frustrated and I guess can’t be seen unless he can operate a phone? Thankfully I was able to get a refund of my copay. No one asked any questions because no one there seems to care.

1 /5 Michelle Bucey: I think I came in on a "bad day" I looked at the reviews prior to coming in and they were all wonderful. Unfortunately, I didnt experience that kind of treatment. I only got as far as the front desk worker. Rude is an understatement. Not a "hello" "Ill be with you..." NOTHING. I signed the sheet and sat down. 15 minutes later I go up and she says "scan the bar code" Thats it. Doesnt explain it, absolutely nothing. Ive been in healthcare 30 years and this was one of the rudest first impressions in my life. Needless to say, we left. Very disappointed.
