5 /5 star bird: i went here and i loved it! the staff are so kind, im a minor and kind of very young to be going to a psych ward. but the staff made me feel normal, and i felt so cared for!! i love u guys

5 /5 Mandy Ortiz: I’ve been here 4 times and every time I had an amazing experience, the nurses, techs, therapists were very nice made me feel comfortable to stay when I was scared, they treat you with respect and kindness and don’t make you feel like you have issues or treat you like you do either, I’ve been in the adolescence unit and the adult unit and both I’ve had good experiences and also very clean. Overall a good place to go get help for short term and will help you find resources if you need them.

2 /5 Riley Trevino: It was an okay place to go. Ive only been to two facilities. When I went here I was freshly 18. The staff were a bit rude at times. Some of the people I met in there were even triggered by staff. I felt like some of the techs were really good but others just werent interested in being cheerful or comforting. I had bad experiences with other patients which is understandable and my tech was very comforting about it. Other techs would just seemingly be on their phone, not making sure the patients keep calm and stuff.

5 /5 Teresa Robbins: Amazing staff Marc,Gay,kim,ben, Janie, Betty are the greatest!! I was there 5 days and I never had a bad encounter. Safe environment. You only have to focus on feeling better and managing your mental health. Thank you so much!
