1 /5 Hannah Bishop: Wish I could give 0 stars, they do not care about their dependent patients at all! Ever since Dr. Snyder left, the facility has gone downhill. The patient advocate is impossible to contact. When I scheduled an appointment, I asked for a female doctor as that is what I felt most comfortable with. The corpsman proceeded to interrogate me and asked me why I did not want to see Dr. Pham then tells me that "its my prerogative." I have never had such terrible care until moving here. In addition, half my records are innaccurate and there are bold faced lies about the "treatment" they have provided. The only positive about this place is the pharmacy staff. So sick of modern day medicine and their lack of respect for the patient. Needless to say I have switched to Tricare Select.

5 /5 Luis Garza: Staff is very professional and prompt. Very easy to find, biggest building on post. Many parking lots to park in. Although is not a hospital, you can get most of your services done there. Appointment availability fluctuates depending on time of the year (during PCS season lots of physicals are booked so give yourself enough time). Most of the providers are military, and a few civilians. They all work nicely as a team.

5 /5 Susan Price: Lunch time closure needs to be added. The GET IN LINE option for prescriptions is so convenient. Hardly wait. The shelf prescription for 10 days so you have all that time.

1 /5 Afterimage: Stationed at the hospital from 83 to 87. What a dump. Your detailer hates you if you were sent to NASCC. Base and town are 3rd world... barracks and housing was sub standard... brig was always full of sailors caught after going UA. Visited in 2022 out of curiosity, bad choice.
