1 /5 Ronald Wilderman: Doctors and staff are ok, but admin and billing are horrible. They screwed up my insurance which caused me major out of pocket problems. And now over a month after they finally fixed their issue I still haven’t received my refund. Even tough it may be a small amount they are unjustly making money that is not rightfully theirs.

The whole staff was so sweet caring and sensative to my fears and anxietys about getting sadation. I highly recommend dr.Linsteadts office you will be in great hands!♡

1 /5 Buffy Weimer: Two hours past our appointment time and we are still waiting. Over 1 hour and still waiting in the prep area waiting for the surgeon. 1 hour waiting to come back. They told us when we got here it could be a couple hours. That is ridiculous, there is no reason to waste people s time like this. He would have been more comfortable waiting at home.

3 /5 Yolanda Hernandez: My moms appointment for eye surgery was at 11:00 they instructed us to arrive at 10:30 they called her at about 10 till 11:00 .the prosedure itself was gonna take 45 min n 2 hours to recover. My daughter n i sat in the waiting room for 4 hours n still nothing ,not even to come n let us know anything .
