1 /5 Veronica Flores: I waited months and used the last of my PTO to see this Urologist only to be turned away because the lady who booked me, booked me for the “ wrong location “…they only have one location here!! They couldn’t work me in with any other provider. I pleaded with them because my symptoms are severe and I’ve been waiting a long time. No empathy. Oh but when we miss an appointment they are quick to charge us!! And I agree with all the other comments. Rude staff!! What’s with the receptionist with the sign on her basket of pens stating “ buy your own”?? How petty and unprofessional!

1 /5 Glenn Tips: Horrible, don’t go there. Left 4-5 messages because they never answer, for appointment. They never return call. Previously had an appointment to see Norbit Brehm and on day of appointment received message it was denied. Called and of course no answer or call returned. Have been patient for couple of years and only seen Brehm twice. Have appointments every 3months and only see PA.

2 /5 Pat Stettner: I have been going there for around 4 yrs. Started with Dr. James Tyree and since he has retired I have been assigned five different doctors, and many times only get to see a nurse. Wait time to get to consult with anyone, with an appoitment made months in advance is always around 45 minutes. Since Dr. Tyree has retired this place has gone down hill I my humble opinion.

2 /5 Jimmy Sosa: Saw Dr. Brehm on 1/29/25. Sent to get MRI and Xray for an issue that needs surgical removal. Saw him again on 1/31/25. He says he will schedule me with a surgeon, at his practice, that can do the surgery with less recovery time, and that its urgent we do it A.S.A.P. Im proactively calling to get scheduled to see him. It ends up Brehm didnt send referral to Dr. Nesbitt until 4 days after I saw him last. Im upset it took him so long because he said it was urgent that we do this A.S.A.P. right? After expressing my frustration Dr. Nesbit says he wont take me on as a patient, but wont give me a reason why. The only reason I can see is because I questioned Brehms lack of urgency in getting me seen by Nesbit. They are pushing me off to a Dr. in San Antonio instead of handling me here. Why else do they not have a legitimate reason for referring me away?

1 /5 Victoria Beltran: If I could give 0 stars I would, We have had the worse experience with Corpus Christi urology group. I have called and left messages over 7 times with no call back.. the receptionist for Dr. Gafferey are horrible! I have not met one nice lady and I have been to this office multiple times.
