Lung Center - Beaumont

Rosanne Navarrete: I have had a CT scan that shows I have 5 nodules in my lungs. My primary Doctor referred me to the Lung Center in Beaumont. I called after 4 days to see why they have not called to make my appointment. They claim they never received the referral. So my insurance advisor personally sent it. Another few days went by still no call. My primary doctor had to resend. Then I called spoke with someone who was taking my information to start a file for me. When she got to the Insurance part; she then transferred me to someone else. The person she transferred me too was not picking up the phone. As of right now, I’m still waiting for an appointment. The radiologist who read the CT scan made it clear as well as my Primary Doctor that i should see someone stat. If you need to see someone quickly you can do better somewhere else. I think how the Lung Center handles new patients is appalling and unprofessional.

The day after surgery, I started having complications and she failed to respond properly. My symptoms and complaints were dismissed repeatedly by her and staff. I am a 42 yr old healthy woman. My recovery should have been 1 to 2 weeks not months. Im so thankful for my new breast surgeon in Houston, Tx. After receiving home health care, weekly appointments at wound care center, and wearing a wound vac, I am finally on road to recovery.

It makes me sick to think that our veterans receive treatment from these people who think they are better. The doctors are confused and their nurses do everything for them. They go in circles, nobody can figure anything out. You can fill out 3 complaints a day and nobody will see them or cares. I just filled one out today and the front desk lady just left it laying there, even with my personal info on it. I didnt say anything, every patient deserves to read what I wrote! It is despicable.

Michael Gardner: I have been going here for 3 plus years and never had a problem until my monthly appointment 9/25/2024. I see Dr mark and everything was going fine until he says I had picked my medication on a certain date and I told him that was wrong I picked it up on the 28 Aug. he told me I had picked it up on the 9/7 and I showed him the bottle then he left the room to call them. I went through my medication bag because my daughters pick my other medication up and put it in my bag. I picked up a bottle that was suppose to be my cholesterol medication my daughter had picked up but it was another bottle of the pain medication that was filled twice but the pharmacy should had never filled it because they could see I had already picked it up on the 28th but they filled it again anyway. I showed him the bottle that was still full because I never used it because I still had cholesterol medication left from another fill not knowing it was the pain medication. I was called shady and deceitful and I have never lied and told him being deceitful would have been taking both pain medications. I have never been called a liar being a retired army officer this was was ridiculous that Dr mark was saying this after I told him what had happened but putting the blame on me and not the pharmacy that wasn’t suppose to do this in the first place. So I was asked to leave and that they would not see me anymore. That was it and I left the had nothing to say to me in what to do about medication I have been taking for more than 3 years and the dangers of stopping the medication without medical supervision nothing just asked to leave.

Brianna Biggs: I was a little scared to come here from all the other reviews but I’m so glad I did. All through my pregnancy the staff here have been amazing. Ms. Natalie Wilson was the best. She would always take her time during each one of my visits to answer any questions me or my husband had. I had a scheduled C-Section a couple days ago and she even took time out of her day to come to the operating room and stand by me while I got my C-Section. You can definitely tell they really care about their patients here. Dr Wengroff did my procedure and he did absolutely amazing! I loved his personality and he’s just such an easy doctor to get along with.
