1 /5 Kyla Collins: I’ve been going here for a few years now and I’ve definitely been trying to ignore the bad reviews but I have to say- they are sadly true. I’m one of the former patients, from Ms. Sprott and what they said about her was true from my experience very nice, but short verbal communication and very quick. The office as a whole communication is nonexistent. They don’t have any other ways of communicating except for they’re number and actually going to the clinic, which is why it was disappointing when I couldn’t get my records sent over after moving from Beaumont to Houston. Even before that , I had no communication back from my appointments in July, when I had to do my glucose test- heck! Whenever I was supposed to do my glucose test, I had to reschedule because they didn’t inform me when I had to do the test . I wouldn’t recommend this office because of the lack of care for their patients. They can be nice , when at the office but they seem to not really care for you as much as a patient. Today I just decided that I’m done with trying and accept that I can’t receive any good service from them and I usually don’t even do reviews at all but this was disappointing.
