5 /5 Brianna Biggs: I was a little scared to come here from all the other reviews but I’m so glad I did. All through my pregnancy the staff here have been amazing. Ms. Natalie Wilson was the best. She would always take her time during each one of my visits to answer any questions me or my husband had. I had a scheduled C-Section a couple days ago and she even took time out of her day to come to the operating room and stand by me while I got my C-Section. You can definitely tell they really care about their patients here. Dr Wengroff did my procedure and he did absolutely amazing! I loved his personality and he’s just such an easy doctor to get along with.

5 /5 Jessica Hough: I have had a wonderful experience here so far with Dr. Wengroff. They have handled my HG wonderfully. He is so nice and takes the time to truly listen and answer my questions. I dont feel like the wait time is unbearable either. I recommend them!

1 /5 Destiny Hammons: If i could give this place 0 stars i would. I’m 29 weeks pregnant im new to Beaumont so i dont know anything around here but these people were recommended i am NOT sure why. I’ve had issues my entire pregnancy and the OB i was seeing Natalie did NOT address the issues and was prescribing me medication before even testing to see what was wrong … i also just got my paperwork of everything because i finally found a different doctor and come to find out it’s no way she was looking at my labs , because she was treating me for something i did not have she gave me fluczanole come to find out that is NOT recommended in pregnancy. Very negligent. It states i received medication and took medication from an urgent care which i did not receive nor take any medication. I’m honestly just really angry because why would you treat a patient like this and treat them for things they DO NOT have. Every appt i sat and waited at least 30 minutes to get called back and sat in the room for another 20 for her to rush through everything. I also visited the hospital attached to cwhbc because i was bleeding and baby they tried to treat me for a whole different patient and put me through a machine pregnant woman are NOT ALLOWED to be in the only reason that didn’t happen is because i asked them what all this was for , they said oh you have an ear infection ?? NO I DONT I’m pregnant and have bleeding. They almost put medication in my iv as well. Not to mention i was there from 8pm to 2 AM WITH NO TREATMENT OR ULTRASOUND to verify is my baby was ok. I could honestly just cry and I’m so angry about this. If you want real care please please please do not go here. They do not care about you or your baby . But they have no issue trying to take your money though. They also have you do urine samples in a paper cup. A PAPER CUP … and write your name with a marker on the cup. I’m disappointed in this place and I’m disappointed in this paperwork i received to find out this OB was not doing her job all i can do is pray to God my baby is fine . I also haven’t had an ultrasound in 3 months , and i had a low lying placenta they never checked to see if it was moving or has shifted. Just… please don’t go here seriously.

5 /5 Kristin Ross: Dr. Wengroff really cares and gave me all the information I needed. He answered my questions and took the time to explain what vitamins and other things I needed. It is worth the long wait times to see him. The nurses and staff here are also really sweet and helpful.

1 /5 Kyla Collins: I’ve been going here for a few years now and I’ve definitely been trying to ignore the bad reviews but I have to say- they are sadly true. I’m one of the former patients, from Ms. Sprott and what they said about her was true from my experience very nice, but short verbal communication and very quick. The office as a whole communication is nonexistent. They don’t have any other ways of communicating except for they’re number and actually going to the clinic, which is why it was disappointing when I couldn’t get my records sent over after moving from Beaumont to Houston. Even before that , I had no communication back from my appointments in July, when I had to do my glucose test- heck! Whenever I was supposed to do my glucose test, I had to reschedule because they didn’t inform me when I had to do the test . I wouldn’t recommend this office because of the lack of care for their patients. They can be nice , when at the office but they seem to not really care for you as much as a patient. Today I just decided that I’m done with trying and accept that I can’t receive any good service from them and I usually don’t even do reviews at all but this was disappointing.
