Sheila MK: I had breast surgery because of mammogram findings in June and my experience with Dr Bergal was awful. The day after surgery, I started having complications and she failed to respond properly. My symptoms and complaints were dismissed repeatedly by her and staff. I am a 42 yr old healthy woman. My recovery should have been 1 to 2 weeks not months. Im so thankful for my new breast surgeon in Houston, Tx. After receiving home health care, weekly appointments at wound care center, and wearing a wound vac, I am finally on road to recovery.
Breanna Geiger: Check in desk and customer service is the worst! They should not be serving our veterans! It makes me sick to think that our veterans receive treatment from these people who think they are better. The doctors are confused and their nurses do everything for them. They go in circles, nobody can figure anything out. You can fill out 3 complaints a day and nobody will see them or cares. I just filled one out today and the front desk lady just left it laying there, even with my personal info on it. I didnt say anything, every patient deserves to read what I wrote! It is despicable.
Brianna Biggs: I was a little scared to come here from all the other reviews but I’m so glad I did. All through my pregnancy the staff here have been amazing. Ms. Natalie Wilson was the best. She would always take her time during each one of my visits to answer any questions me or my husband had. I had a scheduled C-Section a couple days ago and she even took time out of her day to come to the operating room and stand by me while I got my C-Section. You can definitely tell they really care about their patients here. Dr Wengroff did my procedure and he did absolutely amazing! I loved his personality and he’s just such an easy doctor to get along with.
Lady Deana Lewis: The nurse that does bloodwork is amazing but the staff belittles you and treats you like you’re stupid. It’s such an important place to be treating people the way they do. Something needs to be done about compassion and the way they speak to patients.
Kim Riddell: Definitely the best Doctor I have ever had. Very personable asks great questions and answers all my questions. Never rushed and all of her staff is very friendly and professional
Rupin Chothani: He is a very knowledgeable and kind doctor with lots of patience. He spends quality time with patients. His diagnosis is very accurate. His new state of the art office is very appealing with a friendly staff.
