Lung Center - Beaumont (TX)

1 /5 Rosanne Navarrete: I have had a CT scan that shows I have 5 nodules in my lungs. My primary Doctor referred me to the Lung Center in Beaumont. I called after 4 days to see why they have not called to make my appointment. They claim they never received the referral. So my insurance advisor personally sent it. Another few days went by still no call. My primary doctor had to resend. Then I called spoke with someone who was taking my information to start a file for me. When she got to the Insurance part; she then transferred me to someone else. The person she transferred me too was not picking up the phone. As of right now, I’m still waiting for an appointment. The radiologist who read the CT scan made it clear as well as my Primary Doctor that i should see someone stat. If you need to see someone quickly you can do better somewhere else. I think how the Lung Center handles new patients is appalling and unprofessional.

1 /5 Justin Creamer: My mother is a patient and I would advise you look elsewhere. These guys may have had their patients concerns in heart at some point in the past, but now seem to prioritize profits. Im starting to wonder if this is yet another medical company being gutted by private equity. Perhaps your experience will be different.

5 /5 Karen Odom: I recommend Dr Ahmad because of his expertise and knowledge of how to best treat his patients. I was having some issues that needed attention and my family Dr put me under his care. I was on the verge of having to be put on dialysis,which I really didn’t want to go through. He corrected my problem quickly by making adjustments to some medications that I was on for other health issues. I can say that he has truly kept me off of dialysis and helped me get my kidney function back to where it should be. Thank you Dr Ahmad for your care.

1 /5 Timothy Brown: Tried getting my Mom in here twice and they canceled each time saying the doctor wasnt available.. They said next appointment wont be available for several months.
