Brianna Biggs: I was a little scared to come here from all the other reviews but I’m so glad I did. All through my pregnancy the staff here have been amazing. Ms. Natalie Wilson was the best. She would always take her time during each one of my visits to answer any questions me or my husband had. I had a scheduled C-Section a couple days ago and she even took time out of her day to come to the operating room and stand by me while I got my C-Section. You can definitely tell they really care about their patients here. Dr Wengroff did my procedure and he did absolutely amazing! I loved his personality and he’s just such an easy doctor to get along with.
Lady Deana Lewis: The nurse that does bloodwork is amazing but the staff belittles you and treats you like you’re stupid. It’s such an important place to be treating people the way they do. Something needs to be done about compassion and the way they speak to patients.
Kim Riddell: Definitely the best Doctor I have ever had. Very personable asks great questions and answers all my questions. Never rushed and all of her staff is very friendly and professional
Rupin Chothani: He is a very knowledgeable and kind doctor with lots of patience. He spends quality time with patients. His diagnosis is very accurate. His new state of the art office is very appealing with a friendly staff.
Janie Trahan: Came here a handful of times and just went in the other day because I was having some concerns. Karen was very rude, made me feel stupid, did not listen to anything I had to say. She was very loud and made me cry. I have never been treated that way. I paid a $50 copay for nothing because she didn’t do any tests or anything. Just told me there was nothing wrong with me, so now I need to find another doctor that will listen to my concerns. Her poor assistant was very sweet though and so was the case manager.
Lady Deana Lewis: Dr. Lo did an SI fusion and put two pins through my hip. My pain got worse and finally went to a doctor in Houston. He did imaging and discovered that one pin was too far outside of my hip and the other was through my L5 nerve. I’m now in a wheelchair and go through almost unbearable pain and scream and cry everyday. Please go to the Fondren group in Houston. They are amazing!!
Jana R.: Dr. Ordonez and his entire staff are the reason Im still alive. After a terrible experience with another surgeon, Dr. Ordonez was able to correct the problem and treat me like I truly matter. I have sent several folks his way. I cannot say enough wonderful praises for Dr. Ordonez and his group. Best decision of my life. Thank you, Dr. Ordonez for saving my life and helpimg me get healthy!
Renitha Gay: Pleasant atmosphere, friendly office staff, pleasant bed side manners with the nurses, doctor, and the Anesthesiologist. The doctor informed myself and spouse of his findings afterwards. Things was done in a timely manner and staff took the time to follow up with me on a later date.
