04-2025 Inpatient Care Unit-Garland in Best 11 MEDICAL SERVICES near Garland, TX (Part 3)Hereford Regional Medical Center - Hereford JOHNNIE: We have used the hospital, emergency room and doctors several times over the last two years and I can tell you that they are nice, clean and the food is great! I had to experience NW for surgery and then back to Hfd for swing bed and I will take Hereford any day over what I had in Amarillo. Now most of the staff was nice up there, but the rest were not and the rooms were tiny. Food was gross. I had a different set of doctors stroll through everyday. Not really concerned with me, just viewing the broke bones. So, To Hereford Hospital keep up the good work YOU are appreciated!!!!
Carevide - Cooper Ericka Hanson: I was greeted with a smile. The nurses and PA were very nice. I had to have some labs taken so the young lady that took it only stuck me once before going for another try. So she had someone else come in and do it. (It’s very difficult for nurses to get it because I very narrow veins). The over all experience was very pleasant. Thank you so much.
Medical City Denton Emergency Room - Denton Liz: I arrived Saturday night and was not able to get a room due to no beds available. My stay was until Monday. Beds are hard and I wasnt provided a better bed. Very uncomfortable situation. But let me tell you how the ER staff was. They were incredible! They attended to me even though they were extremely busy with several other patients, some of those were trauma patients. They were available as soon as they could and kept me as comfortable as possible. So to those nurses, I say thank you for a job well done, and loving what you do!

I cannot forget our RRT Winter and PT Poonisa ( I may have gotten the spelling wrong, apologies) ! Thank yall so much for nursing my father back to health. This is a wonderful facility with caring and compassionate staff members ♥️♥️♥️
Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Denton - Denton Krystle Rogers: Brought my 10 year old with a 104.5 fever just to be stopped at the emergency room door to the security going through my purse, pockets, and my child’s pockets. We continued in because he had such a high spiked fever and lo and behold the place is dirty. I am hoping the physician has better bedside manner than the front office staff.
Medical City Denton - Denton Amanda Bacchetta: I was there Saturday with my 11 year old daughter and everyone was kind, supportive and spoke to her like an adult. Everyone walked her through everything they were doing and why. I was very pleased with how well everyone communicated and attended to her!!!! This hospital is definitely our new number 1 for emergencies. I never judge an ER by their front desk because those poor people see and hear all kinds of crazy, but the front desk at this ER was very nice and attentive and supportive to the families that followed an ambulance. They also continuously apologized for how long we were there but it’s ER and that should be expected because they have to triage and sometimes everyone comes at once.
Health Services of North Texas - denton - Denton Alexis Carey: I had an extremely disappointing experience at this OB-GYN office. First off, they don’t even perform sonograms on-site; they refer you to another location, which feels incredibly impersonal and inconvenient and to make it worse the imaging center they refer out to doesn’t even provide printed pictures of the sonogram or even play the baby’s heartbeat out loud. The OB-GYN office visit gave a “factory-like” atmosphere, as if they were just rushing through appointments without any real care for the patients. I felt more like a number there than a patient. There was no comfortable place to sit in the back waiting area. And then I had to wait almost 30-40 minutes just waiting for the doctor to even come back to see me. The front desk staff were nice but I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care or a personal, welcoming experience.
Health Services of North Texas - Denton Medical Center 4304 - Denton Rasul Ngoma: Heath services of North Texas - Denton Medical center 4304 is one of the best medical centers I have been treated. The staff are friendly and attentive to patients needs. Ms Nisha Abrahams, FNP attended to my medical issues with such a compassionate mood. All the referrals, lab tests and prescriptions made me feel cured, Not forgetting all other staff for their professional approach.
