1 /5 poison skye: Brought my son for arm pain and nurse practitioner said he had a fracture. Followed up with orthopedist 2 days later (today) and he does NOT have a fracture. The orthopedist said if his arm was really broken, then they never should have splinted his arm straight out like they did as that’s not the protocol for the type of fracture they diagnosed him with. If you’re going to tell me my son broke his arm, at least try to help my baby and wrap it the correct way (bent at a 90 degree angle) so it heals. Was very busy so we were seated in the hallway next to the bathroom, a male nurse was using the bathroom (I could hear him peeing), he flushed the toilet, and immediately walked out without any time for him to wash his hands. Maybe he used his foot to flush after he washed his hands, pleading to God he did that. Another time, 2 years ago I brought my son in, and Dr Randolph was very patronizing and rude to me, almost as if he thought I was dumb and crazy. Do not go here if you want actual help.
