1 /5 David Moris: I’ve had the worst experience with this office. Getting a referral is incredibly difficult — it feels like you might not even get the treatment before it’s too late. It took me nearly two weeks just to reach someone, and that was after calling daily without anyone answering the phone. Despite this frustrating experience, I decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, when my clinic tried to contact them to initiate a treatment, they never responded. It’s been almost three months, and they still haven’t returned those calls. On top of that, I’ve been trying to reach them myself for days with no success. I am deeply disappointed and cannot recommend this place to anyone. If I could give zero stars, I would. I honestly wonder how they’ve received all these 5-star reviews — perhaps from friends or family. I doubt I’m the only one dealing with these issues. Avoid this office if you value your time and health.

5 /5 Rhonda Pennell: Dr. Ibrahim was so pleasant, and listened to my concerns about one medication that I had issues with. He suggested another medication that wouldnt cause the issues I experienced. His office staff are very kind and do a great job checking you in and out. Im so glad I found him.

He doesnt only take his time answering their questions and concerns, but also he provides you with his email address where you can ask him any questions or concerns that you might encounter later on. Moreover, what I like about his approach is that he keeps medication to minimum and doesnt prescribe medication unless you really need it. His staff are also very caring and helpful and the wait time is very minimal.
