1 /5 Benito Hernandez: I dont know who or what position she holds there but I do know that she should not be there is she feels a certain way about people. I didnt get her full name but I believe its Cindy and last name started with a B or K. I couldnt read it as she was turning away. But she looked at me and made a face like I was trash on the side of the street. How rude! Your suppose to help people not belittle them with your judgementall looks. Someone needs to tell her something.

1 /5 Chris Bolton: What a disgrace to not only treat people this way but veterans being treated this way. Dr refused to refill my meds cause I hadnt seen them. Then I go (cause I have to) for a scheduled appt and the DR is not here we are 45 min after the appt time and still havent been seen. Everyone who who shows up as a walk in gets told to go to urgent care. The leadership in this clinic needs to be fired and DR Nguyen needs to be fired and have his medical license removed. This clinic is so bad they dont even have a picture of the president and vice president in the lobby.

5 /5 Eugene Wheaton: everytime I go the staff at the front are very polite and kind the nurses are great make me feel warm and appreciated my doctor (Dr T ) is awesome Im so glad she is there

1 /5 jonas: Can never get in touch with anybody. When you call they put you on hold, and then answer, just to tell you that they are putting you back on hold...forever. The lady at the optometry desk is also very rude

1 /5 Megaman: Its Friday 11:30am. There are no other patient in this Clinic, yet I have been waiting for 30 minutes for a lab draw. This is unacceptable treatment of Veterans. People are talking and laughing in the back, yet no one has attended to me. An hour later, I am still waiting while people in the front are discussing their lunch breaks. Zero awareness of what “Onstage/Offstage” conversation should be.
