Everytime I have been here, most of the staff are beyond sweet and responsive to your needs. Its rare for me to be treated so kindly. Thank you St Lukes for treating me like a human being.

5 /5 Ogechi Nebeolisa: My experience at St. Luke Sugarland Hospital has been positive every time I entered the building. The care I received was exceptional. All the doctors and nurses who attended to me were attentive, professional, and compassionate. They took the time to explain the procedures and treatments, answering all my questions thoroughly. I felt reassured throughout the process. The hospital staff, from reception to the medical team, were friendly and respectful.

1 /5 MCA ShmoneyGang: I am currently in your hospital, I have called patient relations 3 times since arriving to no avail, I have requested management twice, and call the nursing stations asking for charge nurses to only be rude upon requesting to speak with the charge nurse the blatantly hanging up in my face. I have been told that I am being admitted but I have not saw one doctor and the the nurses or so bad that I dont know if I trust the janitor to do a better job job than what they are currently doing.

5 /5 will mills: My experience with my outpatient surgery at St. Lukes Hospital was truly positive from the moment I was admitted until I was released after the procedure. What particularly stood out to me was the serene atmosphere of the hospital’s location, which contributed to an overall sense of calmness throughout my visit. The surroundings were peaceful, making the entire experience feel more comfortable. I would highly recommend this hospital to others seeking quality care in a tranquil environment.

1 /5 Vanessa Flores: Currently here with my daughter, worst care ever. Do the employees even want to provide care and be kind? Or, are they just so short staffed that adequate care and kindness is impossible? Thankfully I’ve been here with my grown daughter, otherwise she would not have received some of the care needed. I have been her nurse because at times we’re waiting an hour or more for a nurse to come to the room. Ridiculous! Security was called on us for going outside for fresh air, even though both the doctor and charge nurse said it was fine AND provided a wheelchair. Security was aggressive and yelling as if we were committing a crime. On top of that, she hasn’t been able to shower for 5 days because they don’t have hot water! These are just a few examples, when I have more energy I may add more but overall, I would never recommend this hospital.
