The woman who answered the phone was rude and started yelling at me for no reason. When I told her, *"Dont yell at me,"* she put me on hold without any explanation. I had to hang up and call again, but as soon as she recognized my voice, she immediately put me on hold again.
Is this the kind of place we should trust with our loved ones health? What if my wife had been in serious danger? The lack of professionalism and compassion is shocking. I wish I remembered her name, but I know the time I called, and I know my phone number—y’all can trace the call logs. I won’t let this go until I know who this person is because no one with that attitude belongs in healthcare. Patients and their families deserve better.
