1 /5 Hollie Wells: I’m a first time mom and a IVF pregnancy. We’ve been with a fertility clinic for the first 10 weeks of my pregnancy. We’ve been with this clinic for the last year and a half.
I called them to make an appointment because my best friend had Diggs and loved him and I met him once or twice and absolutely loved the way he was with her. He took such good care of her and delivered her son, perfectly.
I was hoping for the same treatment but that was not the case. The ladies who answer the phone were so rude. They requested that my fertility doctor send over my records, okay, cool. We can do that. I had my fertility doctor send over records and then I called to check in and they said they hadn’t receive them. I called my fertility doctor and they said they sent them and she had the confirmation saying it was sent. We waited a couple days and called back and the girls at the front desk are still saying they didn’t get them.. I called my fertility doctor back and she was like okay let me call them and see if I can just send them over multiple times in a row and see if they get them. I called to check in with Diggs office and they aren’t getting them. I asked if I could bring my records with me to the appointment and was told no. They would need to review the records and see if they would even accept me as a patient is what I was told.. I asked do yall not do prenatal care anymore and she said yeah we do and I said okay what do you mean review records to see if I would even be accepted as a patient. She didn’t have a answer and I told her that makes no sense.
My doctors office asked if she could email them to Diggs office and was told no. After round and round Some other lady came on the phone and said well we can offer for your doctor to email them to us in a secure email, I was like okay why wasn’t this offered when she called yall saying she’s sent them at this point 5 times and she was like we don’t normally offer that and I’m like that’s fine but when we are saying we are sending you records multiple times and you aren’t getting them, then we need a alternative solution.. She apparently didn’t like that and told me I could find another provider.. I was really hoping to be able to see Diggs but his front office staff made that impossible. Thanks for the stellar treatment. All of yall need to be retrained on how to speak to people, and thinking outside the box.
