1 /5 Will Dotter: No treatment is probably better than the abysmal care youll receive here. They will pump you full of pill though if youre looking to help support the pharmaceutical industry. Just dont expect any help if the pills make your problems worse.

1 /5 Toni Francois: This place is totally unorganized. I checked in at 10:20 for my 10:30 appointment. After 20 minutes of waiting I went to ask for an update and was told to continue waiting, and not until 10:57 did they come out to tell me “we forgot to check you in and have to reschedule you.” Completely unprofessional and unacceptable especially because this was my first appointment! I am no longer using this place. That was a complete waste of my morning. I do not recommend this place at all.

1 /5 Æryn Vex: This place is a joke. If you have memory issues this place isnt for you. They wont send you reminder texts emails or calls to remind you of your appointments. Even if youe appointment is a phone appointment, they wont even call you.

5 /5 Rodney Briseño: Scheib center is a mental clinic in San Marcos Tx. I have a family member that goes there and they’re very helpful. Staff is friendly and they do go by scheduling which is good because I don’t ever see people waiting long for their appointments. A plus about Scheib is that they got their own pharmacy called Genoa, which means you don’t have to make another trip to a pharmacy to get your prescriptions.

1 /5 Nicole Karisma: I am a patient here and have been since before Covid and I can honestly say that since I’ve been here I’ve seen the place decline as of recently. Whoever is one of the leads here (Raquel) is very rude. They don’t seem like they actually care about the patient as an individual and it does not seem or feel patient centered or empathy based or led. I’m so disappointed and I honestly wish I had better insurance and money to afford to go somewhere else. Within just the last year there have been a couple of instances including currently where I’ve gone without my medication for months because of a lack of communication on their end and the inability to see a doctor because of lack of availability and emergency appointments. When I tried to speak with someone there about it I felt I was coldly pushed to the side when I came here as a human being seeking help. Extremely disappointing and upsetting. (I recently got this woman’s name but unfortunately I’ve had to deal with her several times) Rachel (Raquel) Pallanes is cold and rude and in my opinion should not be working in social services or any job helping people for that matter. She should be fired. She made me feel so unimportant and honestly like I was a child getting scolded by a principle. Absolutely ridiculous. I want to make it clear Raquel gave me her name as Rachel over the phone but there is a woman here also named Rachel who was very sweet and helpful. Night and day difference.
