5 /5 Dan Nix: I just got my 2nd Covid shot ... everything went much better than expected. The support people were competent, professional and friendly. I do understand that when I got this shot that most people have already gotten both shots. My time in and out was very quick. For the people with complaints thats also understood but this was a mass population vaccination and is extraordinary in every way. Hays County Health is not to blame- the Covid-19 virus is. I did learn a lot about the other health services and programs that are offered and was impressed with what they do for our community. Note that Live Oak Health Partners provides the healthcare services on the Clinic side. Btw, the facility is very clean and its well organized.

1 /5 Jenna Lozano-Hernandez: Went to the location on Thermon Drive; 101. Absolutely awful. Handicap parking, but no ramp to get a wheelchair up on. Luckily, im not a full paraplegic. Had to stand to get on curb and through raised door frame. As you walk in there are no directions on where to go and no one nearby to greet. Had to walk through a second door and turn a corner to find a makeshift seevice desk. P.s. Not enough seating for anyone

5 /5 Agape H: I am not sure what happened to the other review person, for the last 5 years, I have been taking my mother-in-law, my friends, and my relatives who have low income or no insurance. They always constantly give us great services with big friendly smiles, listen and response properly to your needs, nice and clean facilities too. You get the same deals that you get if you go to other Family Practice or Urgent Care for a much lower cost. However, there was one old doctor I didnt really like 5 years ago, but hes gone a year after. Like I said, even though I am not personally using it, but from my experience taking MIL, friends, and relatives, I think this is far the best County Health Department I have ever seen in my life. And.. they do give immunizations every day.

2 /5 Debra Oropeza: Called in advance and asked about immunizations for children. They said they were open from 8am - 12pm and took walk-ins between those times. We arrived at 11:45 and they said they said they could not see us until after their lunch time at 1pm. If that were the case, then they should say that they stop taking walk-ins at 11 so as to not inconvenience the public. Needless to say, we will have to make a second trip there tomorrow.

3 /5 Amy Akers: I was told to pay $10 for shots for my son instead of using our insurance. Then I got a bill for $100 in the mail. ?!?!?! Staff was pleasant and very little wait so they deserve 5 stars but customers should be aware the Christus system operates the clinic and the billing system is flawed. Took 2wks to fix the issue.
