5 /5 Marc Hicks: Dr J Logan is a very good doctor that listens to the patients, which is a rarity in this day and time. He doesn’t just push his patients to the side and write prescriptions. He actually hears you out. I pray the CREATOR would shape more of the younger generations Dr to be more like Dr J Logan

1 /5 Ruby Vaughn: I picked Dr Logan because prior to moving from the Marshall area he had been my son’s doctor. Upon on my return I was told I couldn’t see him but his PA was available I agreed on her now there’s a new PA That I find her and the other staff very combative , example needed to make payment over the telephone I was told payment denied tried asking if we needed to start over and maybe reading the number back would help. I got push back- The PA was unable to listen with an empathy when I needed rx called in she refused to until my appointment that her staff set up nearly 3 weeks after the request. This was HBP meds my medical team must be concerned about my health not whether or not they like me.

1 /5 Kay Brice: 1 star to the receptionist area. Had a medical issue, but reception said no you cannot see Dr Logan because I owed them $61. Then my issue became an ER issue resulted in surgery. 3 weeks ago needed breast sonogram, having bleeding issues. Dr Logan receptions say no, you cant see him. You owe $61. Being disabled is no fun. But that reception crew is hell . Unprofessional. No compassion, they do not care about human life. Ive only seen Dr Logan once. Times Ive gone, had to see a P.A.. Now Im having lung and breathing issues, I cant see Dr Logan because I owe $61.

4 /5 J L: My husband and I had to switch our primary doctor due to insurance. I researched and saw Dr. Logan was on the provider listing & he accepted us as new patients. I was very impressed with him. Hes kind, professional, takes time to LISTEN and did not make us feel rushed and was very through and knowledgeable in his exam. I have several health issues & it was very important to me to find a doctor who wasnt rushing me through. The staff was also kind and took time with me to make sure all my history was recorded. Im very happy I chose Dr. Logan as our new primary doctor!
