1 /5 Jessie Fitzgerald: Ive been a patient of this practice for 10 years. My last appointment was canceled the morning of by my provider. My husband applied to be a patient, and despite accepting new patients his application was denied. They refused to give a reason and this was after multiple calls and follow ups, since there staff couldnt be bother to reach out. The front office staff are rude and provide a poor customer experience. I would not recommend and will be finding new care.

1 /5 Stacy Kightlinger: Be very careful if you decide to go to this facility. TWICE, allergic reactions to cholesterol medication were not noted on my husbands chart. The doctor even called in a prescription, which we have already picked up and paid for, only to find out the medication must be taken with the cholesterol medication he is allergic to! Phone calls get left on hold. Messages and phone requests are not answered, and no return phones. Medications and dosages are changed and called in without informing the patient. Their careless indifferent approach to patient care boarders on dangerous. We are finding other care.

5 /5 Nieshia Jones: I love Dr.Santa Ive been dealing with her since I was a teenager and every health concern I had she took very seriously and made sure that I got all the proper treatment necessary.

2 /5 Phyllis Heyder-black: I called when I first had Covid and did as they instructed. But after the required days for quarantine I still have COVID and have been calling back everyday for three days with none retuning my call. So today when I called back I was told the nurse was out and I could leave a message. So glad to know their patients do not matter. This is not the first time that someone has not called back when I have left messages for someone to call me back. But seriously when a patient has Covid and you seem to not care.
