1 /5 Kristen Jamison: These people are awful. Their front desk staff have the worst phone etiquette, and treats every patient as if they’re looking to be prescribed heavy drugs when trying to set an appointment. I am new to the area, so I just need a new healthcare provider who can prescribe the medications I need. I don’t need your disgusting phone etiquette and judgement in the process. I wouldn’t waste my time with these people. You can’t even get in the door for a checkup with the physicians. I’m also calling their corporate office to let them know as well.
