Michael Lagas Ive been going to Rosenberg Vet Clinic since I was a little boy, and now I am 50, Dr. HESTER was the BEST of the BEST. Anna Moseley, one of the new vets, did an AWESOME job in diagnosis of my cat and treating her. She was very helpful and answered every question I asked. THANK YOU, Mrs. Moseley!!!

Alicia Herrera My family has gone here for 35 years and since Hester has left nobody answers the phone and when my mother came in to ask the woman why; instead of saying sorry (enter excuse, or explain she isnt sure in a ... oh idk, polite way) she just looked at her and answered the phone. The old vet techs we trusted so much, I just cant fathom being so rude, especially to someone like my mother, she is the sweetest woman.

bryn burnett Horrible experience with this company, would never wish anyone to deal with these vile kinds of people. I want to highlight the work of the service coordinators, these people work extremely hard for a ruthless and unrewarding managing staff. Its obvious money is the only driving goal at this company, I wouldnt want my loved one to be represented by these kinds of people.

Tammy Mize Would give 5 stars as everyone there are very nice. But there have been many mistakes made on their end. And as a result the family member that needs assistance from them still hasnt received the assistance they need yet. Still trying to get them to correct their mistake to get the family member the help they need from them as they promised & said they would do. Will update rating when theres something to update.

Mackenzie Galdamez I dont even want to leave them a star. Came to get my cat neutered here, they told me I dont need anything for the after care that he should be fine. That was all that was said. Couple days after, guess what happened... my cat gets sick & DIES. I HATE THIS PLACE.

Mohammad Aijaz Ive been going to Dr. Zaki Moin for a decade now. Hes a fantastic psychiatrist that sits down and really understands his patients. He legitimately knows everything about me and even my family. Highly recommend 10/10

Shawna Bryant This was my first time coming to this office. I will not return. I will not recommed anyone. Demetra checked me in and it was the worst experience. I work in the medical field, so I know first hand how you should and should not speak to patients. She argued, raised her voice and put her finger in my face. So disgusting and disrespectful. Ill definitely contact the corporates office. She needs to be fired ASAP. Everyone else was great, the MA and especially the Doctor.

andy rashid On the day of my colonoscopy they are asking money in front before the procedure. I called the insurance and they said it’s covered and they should billed to insurance. Procedure was done on july31,2024 Still waiting for my refund since the bill was paid by my insurance

Danna Psencik I will never go back to this place - I froze from the second I got back in the surgical suite - the nurse gave me two warm blankets but the warmth wore off in just a few minutes. I was miserable. I was getting up to get dressed to walk out before my colonoscopy but the anesthesiologist walked in at that exact moment and I was wheeled back and had my procedure. I didn’t have a nurse call button to call the nurse for more blankets. Luckily after the procedure they used the Bear Heater on me and that helped. But I will never use this facility again.

iamsosa YT I made an appointment for today just for them to call me (the day of the appointment) and tell me they dont do appointments on Mondays and that I would have to show up as a walk-in.

Hakim Benaissa This is a great Clinic. I had an emergency and was able to be seen with no wait time. Dr. Ordonez diagnosed and treated me immediately. You can tell he really cares about his patients. Also the staff was kind. I highly recommend this place.

Pat Jaynes They normally get me in and out quickly. I go several times a year for blood work and check ups. The promptness helps fit my busy schedule of life. Thanks to all the staff

Olivia Tree If there is a less than 1 star that should be the rating. I am not sure how a company can still have a waiting time of 2 hours for a simple test that would be less than 1min. Walking in with a sign in sheet but no one sitting in the desk and says I should have talked to someone but there is a sign in sheet. And front desk asks you to come back again and this is the second time for me to come back. The management of this company should take a look at how can they make time efficient.. have systems. At this point of time sitting in waiting room of the clinic for 2 hours to be called is not acceptable anymore. And train front desk for customer experience .

Courtney Sauceda I have never been taken care of more diligently and been around more caring nurses and staff in my life. This hospital truly cares about its patients and I feel so blessed to have found such an incredible place to go in very unfortunate circumstances. The level of care and compassion for the patients is top notch and I travel for work so I have seen tons of hospitals but never to this level of care and support.

Debbie King I would not recommend this Dr for my worst enemy. My son thanks to MHMR has been living a normal as can be life at Richmond State Supported Living Center in Richmond, Texas. He told me the best thing I could do with my schizophrenic son was drop him off at state hospital in Rusk, Tx. This Dr should not even be practicing.

K F I highly recommend Dr. Rosenberg. He is easy to talk to and explains things in an understandable way. He is not afraid to have big conversations and goes out of his way to find affordable coupons to help pay for medications. I would NOT recommend his staff. In addition to being Rude every single time I have dealt with them they also seem to be very lazy. Do not expect them to call you when there is a problem. They will ignore your voice messages and wait until you are completely out of medication to let you know there was an issue on their side that stopped them from sending your prescription to the pharmacy.

Krishna Getting through the receptionist on the call for an appointment is so very frustating. They dont understand your requirement and will just ask you to wait for decades until you get a call from someone for scheduling a simple appointment!!!!!!!!!

Rod I’ve never been in a hospital with so many staff in tune with each other and what was going on. It was truly amazing. Each and every nurse over 5 days with my mother had patience beyond belief. It was magical. All of them at the same time working 12 hour shifts. Also the room was very nice and had plenty of sitting area and a fold out sleeper couch.

Ms. Myra G I’ve been coming here for years to get my labs done and have never had any issues. Last week I came to get a minor surgical procedure done and everyone (admins, nurses and docs) were very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I received a great level of care. No issues or delays.

Clemente Aguillon Service extremely poor! They attend a patient like every hour. I was told that I was gonna wait a little since I didnt have an appointment but not for hours. I got to the clinic at 9 am waited more than an hour and after that hour a patient came out, a patient that wasnt even there when I arrived to clinic! So another patient went and I was supposed to be next but to make sure I asked the receptionist if I was next to the one that just went in and she replied (not very nicely) "no, theres another patient with an appointment" so after waiting for an hour 15 mnts, and seeing that they would take in a patient after more than an hour passed, I decided to leave and look for another clinic. Shame on this clinic staff! Their waiting time its imposible! 4 hours I figured for a non appointment patient. I wouldnt recommend this clinic to no one!

Herline Gordon Whats on my 2:30 appointment today at the doctors clinic The clerk working in the front desk had a very bad attitude because I asked her about the 3:30 appointment who they call they called him ahead of me. Never seen the doctor because of the attitude the clerk had.and the day was not the day.
