On site Cardiologist, Neurologist, Gastroenterologist, PCP, Physical Therapist, & Lab services are available and I have found them to be available for my needs in a timely basis. In no case have any of these providers failed to respond to my medical needs. I am fully satisfied and appreciative of how the doctors, nurses, receptionists, therapy and lab personnel have seen to my care.

Dr. Jeffress is a phenomenal primary care physician who takes the time to listen attentively, explain treatment plans in a way that’s easy to understand, and ensure all concerns are addressed thoughtfully. Her professionalism and compassionate approach made me feel confident and comfortable throughout the visit.Medical Assistant Karla was equally impressive. She was warm and efficient, ensuring every step of the pre-appointment process was handled smoothly, from taking vitals to explaining next steps. Her kindness and attention to detail truly stood out. Patient Access Representative Brittany made check-in effortless. Overall, the teamwork and genuine care demonstrated by Dr. Jeffress, Karla, and Brittany turned a typical appointment into a great experience. Memorial Hermann Southeast Hospital Emergency Center - Houston Mack Jewell: Rudest nurses in the entire medical field. The hospital should be utterly humiliated by the absolute inconsideration and utter lacking in bedside manners. I wouldnt even take my enemies here. Do yourself or whoever is in need a lot of headache and frustration and go to literally any emergency room or urgent care that is not here.
Altus Healthcare Corporate Office - Pearland Koron Wilkerson: had surgery done at one of their locations. they billed the insurance company wrong and therefore my claim was denied. its now been 4 months and still no proper appeal has been done. this is making me have to pay $80 twice a week for PT because I have yet to meet my deductible. the communication and the follow up is horrible.
Pearland Pet Health Center - Pearland Melani Crowe: The Pearland Pet Health Center is a great pet hospital. I was really impressed by the Dr and the office staff. All were very friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. Originally, I had taken my dog to my regular vet after my dog had hurt her leg. The Dr told me she cant know for sure without an x-ray but assumed my dog Nala had torn her ACL. The vet said they dont offer that type of surgery and referred me to Pearland Pet Health Center. After the Dr at Pearland did the physical exam, he told me he was sure it was Nalas hip that was the problem area and requested an x-ray. The x-ray showed a hip fracture and he recommended FHO surgery. A couple weeks later, the surgery was done. I was so nervous dropping her off that morning. The front office offered to text/call me to let me know when Nala would be going in for surgery and after she woke up from the anesthesia. The Dr himself called me to tell me how surgery went and that everything went great. I picked Nala up the next morning. Her recovery has been going well and Im so happy with the outcome of everthing. I highly recommend Pearland Pet Health Center.
Bay Area Gastroenterology: Pearland - Pearland sickem tiko: Just a short note to say that G.I. alliance has the best scheduler/customer service representative that I have ever had, her name is Lori P. My case required partnering with more than one doctor, and more than one facility and Lori stayed right on top of it. She was faithful to call back when she said she would, she pursued what was needed from each of the doctors involved, and kept me appraised throughout the whole process. I have not had my procedure yet, but just to say that scheduling is top notch with Lori. Seriously G.I. alliance, you need to give her a raise, and a promotion, good help is hard to find. Thank you, Lori!
Loan Nguyen MD - Pearland Tina zwierzynski: I am so happy that I switched my daughter and I over to Dr. Loan Nguyen! She is the sweetest, most caring Dr! She was also My mother-in-law’s Dr until her passing. She never rushes in and out of appointments with any of my family. She listens and responds with strait forward answers in a way that I can understand! Thank you to Dr. Loan Nguyen and her staff for always being just a phone call away!!
