5 /5 Michael Serrano: I took my daughter to emergency room at Medical City Alliance right after she was involved in an accident on I-35 NB. After signing her in at the emergency rooms front desk, within 5min she was being seen, then taken to another area and prepped for ct scan, right after that X-rays were done and blood was drawn. Waited a bit for results, results came back clear and we were done. Thanks for the quick service and making my daughter feel comfortable.

In both of our cases we knew we would need diagnostic testing beyond what an urgent care clinic could provide. We chose Medical City Alliance and received exceptional care on both occasions. It’s always the staff that make or break an experience and we found the staff in every department to be good natured and attentive to details. The department is very busy, but functions incredibly efficiently and we were kept informed of our status all along the way. An ER visit is always going to be time-consuming and filled with anxiety. The staff here work well together managing the care and expectations of their patients.
