    USMD Hospital at Fort Worth
Jack Eppard: Two day stay after a procedure. The staff is **excellent**. All were very professional, friendly and sincerely caring. The food was excellent, albeit in "nutritional" quantities (read that as recommended quantities). Still, very good. Far better than anything I had in the Marine Corps. Rooms and beds were quiet and clean. The staff was constantly monitoring me and asking if I needed anything. Highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs its services.
Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital - Fort Worth
Scott Lewis: Had a procedure at Harris. The staff and doctors were very knowledgeable and professional in their duties. Would recommend Harris Methodist Ft. Worth to everyone. Nice hospital too!
USMD | Medical Clinic of North Texas - Fort Worth
Denise Gage: Dr. Citrons NP Gail Smith was very attentive to my issue; however, the USMD system is awful! In order to call with a concern or get an appointment you have to go through their main call center. Then if you are lucky, you will be transferred to your doctor office. When a referral is made is remains in their system and is not scheduled for 24-48 hours despite the reason. For my dad, it wasnt scheduled at all. The call center said 24-48 hours to get approval but it had been three days. When she checked she saw no authorization was necessary so scheduled it 3 weeks out! This was for an urgent care situation. Once again the call center person determined whether it was urgent rather than assuming the PCP referral indicated that. The CT referral did not show up in their system and was scheduled a week out from when it was ordered. Overall, a very frustrating experience!

    Cook Childrens Medical Center
Annie Tran: Cook Children’s Medical Center in Fort Worth is absolutely top-notch—five stars all the way. We were there with my son for Flu. Staff was so kind and friendly. Very accommodating to my son’s needs due to his sensory issues. I just wanted to say thank you to RN Kim, Donna, and the pediatrician team who took care of my son ( Emergency Department/4312) please help me to share this message with the nurse and doctor. I truly appreciate it!
Northeast Tarrant Internal Medicine Associates, South Euless - Euless

Deanna Perez: I have been coming to this practice for almost 10 years. Dr. Chio is a great doctor, attentive, through, and will actually listen to you. 5 out of 5 stars. There are also select staff members here that are helpful and kind as well, Candice, has always gone above and beyond to help me with my medication/insurance battles. But I have to admit that, like several other reviews, the front desk staff, scheduling, etc. is a disorganized mess and often leads to many problems. I held off on writing a review for so long because of this. Some staff do not deserve even a 3 star rating but its not fair to the others. Every time I have ever called to speak to someone I have been automatically put on hold for ~30min then will be disconnected forcing me to call back and sit on hold for another 30 min. Sometimes if I get disconnected a second time I call the billing department and ask to be transferred to the receptionists. The Drs are good and if thats what youre looking for this place is worth going to but you will have a struggle with the facility itself.

Katey Shelton: I went in for an ACL surgery and was so nervous as I have never had surgery before. I just want to say how incredible the nurses are at this hospital, especially nurse Elizabeth. They are all so caring and kind. I never had to ask for anything. Warm blankets were brought to me throughout my stay and they made sure I was taken care of every second before and after my surgery. My doctor Travis frantz is amazing and answered every question I had. I really recommend this hospital, doctors, and nurses. Thank you!

Dr. Ash: Came here for a dental meeting. Lots of parking space and good wifi.
Texas Health Resources - Fort Worth

Cameron Thompson: This complaint is strictly in regards to security officer Dunn. This employee lacks compassion and care in regards to families that have just lost a loved one. Thankful for the nurses and managers to advocate for our family, but Officer Dunn has no concern or regard of the circumstances for families based on his interactions that were completely unnecessary, disrespectful, and does not fulfill the mission and heart of the hospital. I hope that he receives appropriate training to better serve the community otherwise he poses as a deficit to your hospital system.
Texas Health Family Care - fort worth - Fort Worth
Texas Health Family Care - fort worth
Tee Russell: Disappointed that everything has to be about money. If you come to your physical and have anything going on that you want to discuss. You have to change to a regular appointment. So basically, you can’t talk about anything else but your physical. Never heard of this. Then if you have tested positive for COVID, they won’t call anything in for you without you doing a virtual appointment which could be scheduled 2-4 days out. What’s the point after 5 days when you should be getting over it. I feel like I can’t get the adequate care without making sure I’m paying an extra dollar first. I would have understood calling something in but also scheduling the appointment but to just say no nothing until then doesn’t seem very empathetic or compassionate for your patients in my opinion.
