1 /5 Sonya Jenkins: DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This place is a time warp from 1970s. The facility is very dated and looks like it has not been updated since 1970s. The doors do not close properly and they allow the room alarms to go off.
The staff are weird and you should not leave your family member here alone.
My husbands health demised while in their care.
Laurel, sent me another patients medical history and said sorry and asked me to delete it.
This is a direct violation of HIPPA and I believe she sent my husbands information over to the other intended party. I am filing a complaint with HIPPA.
My family spent the night every night at this facility with my husband and we were in constant turmoil with the staff from turning him every two hours to allowing him to remain in a soiled bed for extended time. Other patients would scream out for help due to staff not answering the call button for them.
One night I had to threatened to call the police to get staff to address my husbands medical need.
This facility is a joke and you should not come there.
My husbands Stage 3 pressure wound progressed to a stage 4 due to patient neglect from the staff.
My husband was scheduled to transfer to the 2nd best rehab in the country for his condition but due to patient neglect; he is not eligible for the next level of care.
Maria, the director of nutrition, has no empathy for your family. If you challenge her, she will yell and hang up on you. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING.
Steve and Amanda, returned a call that was left for the COO of that location. She sent me a certified letter, but did not have the decency to call me back.
Amanda is very smug and disrespectful. I requested mediation and was told HIRE AN ATTORNEY and then you can go to mediation. I did not know it was unlawful to represent yourself anymore.
I will be filing my complaint with the Texas Joint Commission about the patient neglect of my husband while under the care of the staff at this location. Amanda, lets see how smug you are to the Commission......
