I’ve always left an appointment well informed about moving forward and that Virginia truly has my health concerns in my best interest. Her staff is very pleasing and totally seem focused on you while they prepare for the appointment.

5 /5 maria galvan: I delivered my baby within 6 hours. I was treated so well by my nurse Irene and Dr. Lin was the best doctor I have ever had. Plus after that the rest of the staff were amazing. Down the lady that brought up my food and the cleaning lady. I was shocked how professional, kind, patient, and understanding the whole staff was. I am so happy I delivered at this hospital.

4 /5 Jill Pridavka: Best hospital food I have ever eaten! My hat is off to the chef at this facility. Been to the biggest and the best in Dallas and no could hold a match to you. Great rolls, desserts, sandwiches, and everything else. God bless the chef and all of his staff. Keep up the good work.

5 /5 Misty Henderson: I had to be dropped off by my son because he is a single father of a 2 y o and my husband had to work. Everyone there was so caring and loving and seen I was nervous ( being by myself and having procedure done) they treated me as if I were their family member. I totally felt loved and cared for. Thank you to Dr. Porter and Dr. Amber and staff and even from where you check in they were so loving!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

5 /5 Nancy Pringle: I found staff to be caring and attentive. The nurse when I came out of surgery was very attentive and extra care to ensure all my concerns were taken care of. Floor staff addressed all my concerns within a reasonable time period. I was on clear liquids diet and the nurses on the floor provided jello and hot cup of soup. Kitchen did not provide a tray. Housekeeping provided cleaning services. Overall pleased with everything. Physician was exceptional

That came in between and I felt they truly cared about my son sickness and health. Thank you for being great and being so kind.

He will make sure you are well educated and prepared for any circumstances to arise. He truly enjoys his job and it shows! I personally work with him on a professional level and he is every bit of the man I just described above. There is no front he puts on just for the patients peace of mind he will be truthful and honest through everything!

login grisham: This place made me want to crawl out of my skin. The waiting area and the walk to the exam rooms reeked of a foul odor. I was asked to leave a urine sample. When I went to place my sample in the little door where they instruct you to leave it my jaw hit the floor, there were SEVERAL samples that patients had left in there that the nurses failed to retrieve..to the point to where patients before me started stacking their urine samples on top of others. I was absolutely disgusted and brought it to one of the nurses attention as she proceeded to have me follow her to the next room where they do labs on the samples, I sat my sample down in a clear bin with other samples like she asked me too and walked back to the waiting area in absolute disgust. The entire third floor lacked cleanliness and the staff lacked personal hygiene. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

We went again today and I was tested, diagnosed, given an IV, and sent home with a prescription in no time. Dr Cardenas and his nurse Emily Reagan both listened thoroughly and were kind and patient. We’ve been to other establishments but nothing compares to this one! We have a great experience every single time.

Cathie Porterw: I was recently a patient at North Park for 24hrs. While waiting for a room to become available at the main hospital. I received excellent care from the Nurses and Doctors there.Since I was there so long I also met the lady in charge of food service, Sirreno Estrada. She goes above and beyond to make sure that every patient (there for an extended stay) receives exactly what they want and need.You can tell how important it is to her to take care of the patients. Dinner was at about the same time as I was going to be transferred by ambulance to the main hospital. She brought my dinner in a to go box. I highly recommended Northpark Hospital for your Emergency Room needs.

They literally saved my life twice in the past 3 years. The recent event involving the ER staff, hospitalist, supporting providers, the 4th floor nurses and staff seem to care for me like they would their own family. They are very much appreciated.
