Pam Spurgers She has been my primary care doctor for over 10 years. I have never had a long wait to see her. She does not rush you through your appointment and takes time to ask and answer questions. Her staff is friendly and helpful. Ive received follow up calls to check on my condition when I was extremely ill. She is kind and thorough. I recommend her. She and her staff have always treated me well.

Yalonda Ross She has been my primary care physician for five years in five years. I’ve never spent more than seven minutes with her. If you call her and you need additional medication for example, my diuretics.(I work out of town a lot) she gives you a hard time. I was coming to see her anywhere from 4 to 6 times a year at her request and I never felt like anything was accomplished. She is very knowledgeable in holistic medicine which I do like and she is not a pill pusher!! She doesn’t give you medicine that you truly don’t need. Overall my experience with her Was cordial and polite, but other than that. I’m just not confident in her abilities as a physician. Everything is always a hassle.. and when I requested to speak with my physician, who I have been going to for five years, she refused my appointment to SPEAK WITH HER told me to find a new Physician, AND GAVE ME a14 day supply of MEDICINE. After reassuring me that she would give me a 30 day supply, so that I would have enough time to find another physician.( I only take one medication). I asked if she has the medical portal, if she has an email, if she has any of those things they refused to give you any information… something isn’t right over there..

Jean Noe I have occasional issues with my back, so thankful I discovered Texas Spine & Joint clinic! A family member had recently fallen down the stairs and hurt her back UC could not treat the problem so off to ER-6hrs later she was back home. Not here! I was having some pretty severe back pain & came across this wonderful clinic. I was greeted by a friendly, professional staff, paperwork completed , taken into xray, once again friendly and very professional, very shortly after I was seen by the NP. Not more than an hour later, prescription sent to pharmacy appointment scheduled with an orthopedic Dr. A great alternative to sitting in an ER when you are in pain. In & out and great staff.

J R This is hands down the worst clinic of any kind I have ever been to. The receptionist wants to know your medical history, the nurse practitioner is always 40 minutes late (words from the receptionist), and they will tell you whatever they need to get you out of their office. No wonder there are only 3 reviews on this place, I should have taken that into account before I visited.

Amber Very quick and professional. Brought my son in due to be sick all night and they quickly got him in and seen, taken care of and hooked up with hydration and medication before taking my insurance information. That came in between and I felt they truly cared about my son sickness and health. Thank you for being great and being so kind.

greg brown Nursing staff was excellent, the doctor that auntie do not know or even how to pronounce his name. Come in ask me a serious of six questions in 18 seconds never give me a chance to finish answering one question, and then gave a diagnosis to the nurses and what medicines they should be administering to me. That is not ER service.. that is turn and burn as many people as fast as you can. He was extremely fast extremely rude and I hoped God nobody ever has to go through what I went through that night. Once again the nursing staff was excellent and when they asked me do you want to go home tonight I said hell yeah I will not sit under this doctor anymore.

kenneth. .millican The doctor I see is great. The appointment people are horrible. An appointment scheduled a year out gets cancelled and rescheduled with no regard to the patients work or personal life only a few weeks before. Not once but every appointment for about two years. Doctor great. Schedule people, inconsiderate, unprofessional, rude.

Mikey Wallbanger The worst VA I have ever been to. They have a number to call, but it routes directly to Shreveport. Need to make an appointment? Call Shreveport. Need ANY sort of attention? Just go to Shreveport. This place shouldn’t exist with how terribly it’s ran. All patients have to be routed through Shreveport anyway.

Dani Porter Honestly one of the smartest doctors Ive ever had. They overbook him and its really hard to get in to see him. He never has time to read your chart before he gets in there which is kind of off-putting but once hes in there he does not rush you. He takes his time which is why his appointments always run late. Hes worth the wait but just keep in mind if you have a 9:00 a.m. appointment you wont see him until 10:15

kelly buchanan Puts on a face for his patients, but truly doesnt even remember who they are or people he misdiagnosed. My mother and I were patients of his for many years and when I went in for ptsd after I lost my mom at 52 he had the audacity to ask me what my mom died of. She was a patient too for many years and he couldnt even remember I was her daughter. Sad...

Angel Valence-York Horrible hospital DO NOT take your family here stay clear! My mother has been in this hospital for the past 30 days, released twice in the 30 days only to be readmitted within 24 hours of each other! Each time they readmitted here. This last time we had one doctor tell us (the entire family) there wasnt anything else they could do for her! Then the very next day another doctor came in and said "oh yeah we are going to get you better with this procedure" with that being said they did the procedure, however she is walking terribly, but was classified as independent! What a joke! Then the case workers are completely rude to both patients and family! The nurses are alright when you get a good one, other than that pretty unreliable! I think family helped more than the nurses because they never answered call lights! This is the most ridiculous hospital Ive ever seen! Yet again Ill be taking my mom home again just for her to be readmitted to a different hospital because this place just keeps sending her come just to come back! Ive already made a call to my attorney!

Brianna Kokenos Horrible hospital. I took my 2 month old baby there to get checked because she was acting sick and they checked us in took us in the room the nurse was making smart remarks. A doctor came in tested her for Flu, Covid, and RSV then had us sit in the waiting room for an hour and a half they then told us she was fine and that all the tests came back negative. We then went to her check up and told her doctor what was going on and she found out my daughter had RSV and an ear infection. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL

Jentry Wells I love Dr.Gartson. she has been my doctor for many years and I recommend her to everyone. I wish she had a PA to help with all her patients. The wait times can be very long because she is the only doctor in her practice. If you know her, you never want to leave her. Dr.Gatson is a loving, caring Dr. who listens to you and will explain and answer any questions you have.

Monica Flowers Dr. Gatson is a very good doctor. In addition to being personable, she is also knowledgeable. When I go to her, I feel like my care provider is human, with feelings and not a robot. I appreciate her using her knowledge and personality in a way that makes me feel she cares and I am welcome in her office. Some doctors have such big egos and are so distant, you might as well have a robot in their place. But Dr. Gat isnt one of them. She realizes knowledge is great, but being up close and personal is better. I am grateful for Dr. Gatson.

Joy Parker Dr. Gatson is very nice and she actually listens to your complaints. The front office is not organized. They don’t communicate well with the back office. They also forward the phones early, so they won’t be bothered. Then when you do get the answering service, they don’t take messages! They only tell you the office hours and they are quick to hang up in your face.

JEREMIAH AND SARAH GLOSSER Called today to get an appointment for my husband. Woman who answered asked if she could place me on hold for a minute. I was on hold for over 10 mins before I hung up and called back. She answered and when I told her what we needed she said they were booked out for another three months and so I asked her if there was another office that she would Recommend. She was very rude and said, I don’t have that kind of list in front of me. Would NOT recommend that you even try to go here.

Cathie Porterw I was recently a patient at North Park for 24hrs. While waiting for a room to become available at the main hospital. I received excellent care from the Nurses and Doctors there.Since I was there so long I also met the lady in charge of food service, Sirreno Estrada. She goes above and beyond to make sure that every patient (there for an extended stay) receives exactly what they want and need.You can tell how important it is to her to take care of the patients. Dinner was at about the same time as I was going to be transferred by ambulance to the main hospital. She brought my dinner in a to go box. I highly recommended Northpark Hospital for your Emergency Room needs.

Ashton Green At North Park, you know you are in good hands because you are being cared for by the best! Each member of the team treats you like an individual with respect and dignity, and truly cares about getting down to the underlying problem. They are quick, efficient, and empathetic, and truly make you feel comforted during your most challenging times. My providers went above and beyond to discover my diagnosis, leaving no stone unturned. North Park rocks!

Mike Matthews Extremely well cared for when I went into the ER with a life threatening event. I would say their Trauma team is one of the best in the country. They literally saved my life twice in the past 3 years. The recent event involving the ER staff, hospitalist, supporting providers, the 4th floor nurses and staff seem to care for me like they would their own family. They are very much appreciated.

Larry Michels I experienced a profuse nose bleed while shopping at a store near the hospital. I went to the E R and was promptly treated to stem the blood flow. I was taken to an observation area where I remained for about 45 minutes to be sure the bleeding hadn’t resumed. The staff made a follow up appointment at the Marshall hospital. (Where I live). I haven’t had any problems since .

login grisham This place made me want to crawl out of my skin. The waiting area and the walk to the exam rooms reeked of a foul odor. I was asked to leave a urine sample. When I went to place my sample in the little door where they instruct you to leave it my jaw hit the floor, there were SEVERAL samples that patients had left in there that the nurses failed to retrieve..to the point to where patients before me started stacking their urine samples on top of others. I was absolutely disgusted and brought it to one of the nurses attention as she proceeded to have me follow her to the next room where they do labs on the samples, I sat my sample down in a clear bin with other samples like she asked me too and walked back to the waiting area in absolute disgust. The entire third floor lacked cleanliness and the staff lacked personal hygiene. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

S G Dr Alosi was brought in unannounced at my last device check at Chistus Good Shepherd Hart and Vascular Longview Texas to defend a new medication prescribed by Dr.Bolan. after her intergeneration I left hospital in a full blown panic attack!! When asked who she was she lied and claimed to be a 3yr intern...

Linda Carver I just got my daughter out of this so called hospital seen one doctor rude as hell then they admitted her and never gave her her meds for blood pressure and thats what she was in there for, and never seen a doctor all the nurse said was all test was good and sent her home,two days there and nothing wrong I will never take anyone there again. Told her that if her BP got up again to come back.....for what
